Creekside Center

I like hardware stores. While I prefer the old mom and pop stores, they're becoming rare. This big box store is among the better Home Depot's in the area. This store has a good selection, even though they aren't as large as some others. It also tends to be cleaner and better organized than some. I have found the employees attentive and helpful. I have also noted that the lines usually move fast. This causes me to believe they are better managed and better staffed than most.

Not crowded but the guy who sales tamales in the parking lot of home Depot are delicious 😋

Creekside, is one of the oldest strip malls in Hercules.
The strip mall is anchored by a Home Depot store.
I think, it is one of the better Home Depot's that I have been.
The lay out of the strip mall is very convenient.
Very close to the freeway.
Parking is ample, and it is very close to the other strip mall that forms the Hercules shopping district.
The only thing missing in this strip mall is a main stream supermarket.
But, Safeway and Lucky's are practically just around the corner.

Easy access, a variety of shops & places to eat for what I'm looking for. More than ample parking & many of the business owners are very welcoming & helpful. I primarily shop Tapioca Creekside Cafe for their great smoothies, teas, pastries & to buy my lottery tickets. This store has big winners often & Michelle, the owner is the best! Love visiting & buying from her.

For a year or two, HD was really bad in customer service, but has slowly improved. However, they need to do better training their new employees, what and where items are. Get to know the department they are working in. Also, HIRE U.S. MILITARY VETERANS FIRST! CITIZENS ONLY and give seniors an additional benefit. Yes, they are in business to make money first, but H.D. is a billion dollar Corp. they can certainly afford to take a few extra steps in taking care of "our own" first! Especially since 75% of what they sell is NOT American made. Mostly made in China! I would gladly pay a little more for "MADE IN U.S.A."!

With Minimal or No waiting in line..

Convenient shopping plaza. Has Home Depot, Big Lots, The UPS Store, US Post Office, Round Table Pizza, PLUS it also has several "mom & pop stores". Highly recommend The Cafe Tapioca which has really great sandwichs & boba drinks. Lots of parking for all the stores.

I bought what need and eat too..

My phone broke and I finally was able to upgrade people at metro were very helpful and they have a special this month where you get a phone with a new line and they give you a free tablet it's nice! you should go here if you need a phone

I go here alot for Home depot because there is a bunch of parking and the staff is very helpful. And it has my go to Chinese restaurant Dragon Terrace!

always got me some donuts and thai tea here! plus the couple are always accommodating! get yourself some luck buying lotto tickets and scratchers here, they got plentiful of winners here... Look for Tony...
