The Home Depot

I like Home Depot. They have a great selection of almost everything you need to fix your house or yard and the tools and materials to complete those projects. The prices are fair, and the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes, you can even find help outside if you need it. They have a great selection of plants, too.
I'm like a kid in a candy store when I walk into Home Depot . 😎

Is Home Depot in El Cerrito? It’s easy to access from Highway. There is a huge parking lot so you can park for sure, and a Shopping Molly where you can buy other things. This Home Depot has almost everything, and it has excellent customer service, and there is no line, so you can find and pay The self-checkout. They are available there to help you, and you can get out as soon as you are done with your purchase

We visited on 7/10/23, looking for a specific length of flexible spa tubing to complete a backyard project. The store only had a full roll; some Home Depots would just say "your problem, you have to buy the whole thing," but Sylvia helped us out, and flagged down Jose to cut the length we needed. It took a little while, but it was excellent customer service.

Great Home Depot.
You don't feel like your car will be ransacked before you get back to it.
Having said that, don't leave anything in your car.
Ever.

I'm strictly a garden center shopper. Love their options, love that's it's located outside in a nursery, options change regularly. Does not sell azomite, which was a bummer. But was so happy with the quality of life from my new green friends.

My favorite HD of three that are near me. Always helpful staff that helped me create this little garden bed. 👍

went in recently and was assisted by an associate named Sana. Impeccable customer service, by far the greatest experience I’ve had in a Home Depot. Will definitely be coming back more often!

I came to the Hone Depot in Hercules because I was not going to make it to the Hone Depot in Concord. I asked an associate for help and I was not please with the response I got. I decided to ask another associate and Teraya was super friendly and helped me get my paint order, despite the store closing within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate her friendliness and wonderful customer service. She was in the middle of working on a different project and she dropped what she was doing to make sure I got the help I was asking for. Tereya, thank you so much for helping us!!!! You are one of a kind!!!!!

The Hercules branch of Home Depot is one of the better Home Depot's that you can visit.
Service is, by Home Depot, standards, good, not absent.
The store is relatively clean, including the bath rooms, ample parking space, and very convenient location.
Othe Home Depot branches are bigger, but, service in these bigger branches are either lacking or simply absent.
You are on your own.
Not, the Hercules branch.
Recommended.

Jose and Brett are awesome! I was looking for a set of small screws for a bathroom rack and a hex nut. They spent 10 minutes helping me find exactly what I needed. I was super grateful they were so diligent and helped me find something so small.

I come to this Home Depot from Richmond because the staff here is so friendly and helpful, and the whole store is surprisingly clutter free.

Bismillah ir rahman ir raheem. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. By the grace of the Almighty, I am back once again, to leave yet another 5-star review about Home Depot, this time, in Hercules, California. Having previously toured Home Depot’s throughout California as a hobby, my tour brought me to the aforementioned Hercules Home Depot, and it blew me away. When I woke up for the Fajr prayer, I realized that the front door to my shed was not there, which was very odd to me. I put on my shoes and walked to the backyard towards the shed, and saw some footprints, which was very suspicious. I immediately searched up “doors for sale” and it advised me to go to the Hercules Home Depot. So I went. When I walked in, through the garden entrance, I couldn’t help but notice a young lady working near the register, wearing a head scarf. As a practicing Muslim, I broke down in tears of joy, seeing that there are some modest people left in this world. I immediately ran over to this woman and gave her a big hug, saying “thank you”, and asked her for assistance. She was instantly willing to help me with whatever I needed. I told her my door got stolen and she did not believe me, as I was told that “I had a bad dream”. I could not help but cry, as I fell to the floor and started sobbing like Sponge-bob when he thought he couldn’t make it to Shell City. I then remembered that I was wearing my lucky Goofy Goober socks, and that nothing could stop me. I immediately got up and ran to the door section. The girl at the front, later identified as Sana, chased me to the door section and asked me what I was doing. I told her that I feel better, and uttered the famous quote “when one door closes, another one opens”. I picked up a wood black door, that matches perfectly with my blue and white shed and brought it to the register for checkout. There, Sana was flabbergasted and confused, very similar to a look of a Shark, or what I like to call, a Zaki. However, by the grace of God, Sana checked the door out and even helped me load the door inside my Honda Civic. When Sana was done helping me, I immediately pulled out my prayer mat and started to recite a 2-rakat shukraan namaz in the middle of the Home Depot of Hercules parking lot, to thank God for blessing me with such an amazing and rollercoaster of a customer experience at the establishment. I then went and put my new door on my shed. It looks as good as new. Every time I see the door on the shed, I think of the amazing customer experience Sana provided me, and start balling my eyes out in tears, due to the fact that she is a fellow practicing Muslim like I am and is paving the way for many more Muslim girls to be Home Depot cashiers in the future. She is a true trailblazer. Alhumdullilah, I thank God every day for everything, but doubly thank Him for my new shed door and the customer experience I received from Sana that day. OMG I give this store a 5GS!!Goooood Service!! I needed a copper connection for hot water heater. They had the perfect size 18w 3/4 " with brass connectors. Thank you !

Really nice staff at this location!
They donate some wood and even cut it for us, for our daughter's Kindergarten class! They like to help the community!
We learned about the Kids Workshops offered every month, and our daughter has been taken part on them, and did some cool kids staff. It is really nice how they keep the flowing of five kids at the time so even when the line is long they keep moving it fast! And it is worth the wait!

Nice store. You can get pretty much everything for home including get duplicate keys made. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Got the barbecue grill I wanted and found out they have a van you can rent for $19 for 75 minutes! So I did. Everything went smoothly, even with the social distancing. Returned the van within 75 min. and paid only $19 + tax. Awesome!

Best place for getting all your home material great prices!!!!! And if they don't have what you need they can order it have it shipped directly to your house!!! there's a Home Depot almost everywhere you go you can't ask for more🤔🎉

During my visit in Hercules Home Depot I noticed an impressive increase in employees . I was able to ask my question quickly without wandering around looking for someone, which is a wonderful improvement. I had a question about how to use a certain tool and product. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. I wish I had gotten his name. Hercules Home Depot is very pleasant and I feel very comfortable shopping there!

I've had some excellent help lately. One day I waited to the plumbing looking for PVC fittings and some pipe. The guy helping me new right where everything was and exactly what I needed. I was in and out in no time.
