Big Lots

Well organized, good customer service, affordable and more consistent products in-stock when compared to other discount stores in area (i.e. Ross). Great choice for home goods, cleaning supplies, organization bins and seasonal decor, and furniture.

The parking lot is always full of garbage, especially around Big lots. Someone needs to go out on a daily basis to clean all the garbage and debris. That's very ugly. Looking for the neighborhood and also will attract rodents and bugs. Please someone please clean this area. It's a mess

Always a great deal and they have little hidden deals throughout the store as well that you wouldn't believe! I was able to get a years supply of travel size body wash and body spray for less than $10 for example. They always have a clearance section packed with various items added daily.

Need more helpful staff and needs to be presented well of net and organized in the store. Other than that they have everything you need to go there at good deals and prices as shop locally before it ever goes out of business.

My Hercules Big Lots is awesome! I never wanted to shop at a Big Lots, but my sister talked me into going and picking up a few key things that are really worth it. they always have amazing prices on gardening stuff, garden furniture, pet food and such, drinks and party snacks!!! The managers here, Donna and Irene, are wonderful and very very helpful and super friendly!!!

First time visiting this location. Good selection. Things were easy to find. Nice employees.

The store was clean and very organized. There were several sales. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

I know it was just luck but shopped in peace and checked out with no line. My cashier was friendly and pleasant.

A couple of stores had closed or is closing in my area but it was worth the drive to go to the store in Hercules sometimes you can find unique items at Big Lots stores

I wanted to leave this review because my husband and I received AMAZING customer service from Rhonda. She was working in the furniture area of the store, there was another associate working the area with her- but you could tell the person was new. She ended up juggling herself between myself and three other customers. She handled herself in that situation well and I observed her giving everyone amazing customer service as well. I don't write many reviews, only when I feel someone really deserves the recognition. I hope the management of the Big Lots in Hercules realizes they have an exceptional employee. Thank you again Rhonda for all your help. We love the reclining loveseat and thank you for suggesting the 3 year coverage plan, it was something that we needed to have just in case. For anyone wondering exactly what we purchased it was the Stonehill Chocolate Console Loveseat for $549. It is so comfortable. We purchased it on 4/1/21 and recently hosted a baby shower. A couple of guests sat on it and also fell in love with it and said this is what they need in their home, it's definitely worth the money.

Big Lots is one of those places that just seems to have a little bit of everything kind of like the Home Depot you can go in there you can find what you want and get out of the good price and if you happen to pick up a few extra items like most people do it doesn't break the bank simply a place to go early in the morning because they stock at night you won't be disappointed they'll even find things that you're not looking for

I want to give a special shout out to Rhonda, she went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I found the perfect couches for our new home. We had previously gone to the San Pablo Big Lots and the customer service was horrible. Rhonda had to even call the SP big lots so they can place one of the couches on hold for us since they were sold out at the Hercules one. Thank you Rhonda!!!

The store is so clean! Did you know that they sell furniture? It was a surprise to me! So many bargains!

The furniture manager is extremely patient and works hard to please. He took the time to go through the cash register to find our lost receipt and help us with an exchange.
