Great to work for

Crockett is by far one of the absolute worst electrician companies I've ever dealt with - run fast and far from this business at all costs! Their crew of electricians were nice enough, but their project manager Jose is a nightmare - he's rude, unhelpful, not knowledgeable and opts for the absolute cheapest option available, which requires many visits for the work to still be done incorrectly. Given the poor quality of Jose's work, it took over 5 visits just to get our cable/phone lines hooked up in our home and the picture below was the end result. After calling a much more qualified company to clean up this mess, they found that Jose left us with a shorted cable and failed to tell us. Of course Jose now tells us that the improperly installed cable is not his fault and claims no responsibility to getting it fixed. Do not support this business at all costs.

Tried Calling Local Number and Website Number on a Tuesday at 1 o'clock. no answer to either number only a call directory voice mail with no clue to the public how to contact No Voice Mail option like even a home business would have .Unfortunately they did the original circuit box on my home years ago, and when the circuit broke I wanted to give them my business. Too Bad.
P.S. I called a Local Electrician in my City of Vallejo They responded to my phone call and were over just after two O'clock! By Three O'clock they were done, with an appropriate special discount to a senior!
The Vallejo Company Did a "SUPER" job if you need one....

It turns out that CROCKETT ELECTRIC. only works with contractors so don’t waste your time
When I got though JAMES was dismissive, didn’t make any suggestions as to whom to call and when I gave feedback on their phone message he said”:Maybe because we don’t want people to call” !!!
I wouldn’t allow my contractor to use this company because of poor customer attitude. ARROGANT.
