Employees are super friendly.
It's an older store and I love it .No muss, no fuss. It still has the "neighborhood store" vibe which is why I shop here vs the big new boujee ones closer to me in Concord.

Great store. Clean, plenty of parking. Watch out for the homeless guy living in his car to the South part of the parking lot smoking marijuana. Good customer service really good bathroom. Purchase the last two six packs of Henry weinhard soda pop. It's a small store so be prepared for that. Super nice guy in the deli and made me a breakfast burrito to write home about. Highly recommended location.

Easy to read signage, clean, well stocked store. Seems pricey anymore but I appreciate getting what I need there

I was just making a quick trip in, but we all know how that quick trip can easily turn into a half hour waiting in line. So, I was very pleased when I saw they had self checkout options and plenty of staff waiting to help. Nice and big building and isles so carts can actually pass by each other without playing bumper carts!

They have a pretty parking lot.

Safeway, like most Albertson stores, is a great place to shop for groceries. This Safeway was very organized, and provided with a variety of products all around. The fresh bakery products where always fresh and stocked. Without a club card, prices may be a bit high, but getting one is free and you get plenty of deals. You can also download Safeway mobile app and find even better deals you'll find no where else. Would give this location 9/10. It could have a bit more variety of drinks.

Had the BEST Checker ever! Jason was friendly, courteous and helpful. He also made sure my groceries were bagged exactly how I asked them to be bagged. It's refreshing to finally have an attentive Courtesy Clerk!!!

This is an older Safeway. But tbat just means the people that work there take more pride. More friendly ..and tne deli is fresh and yummy..bakery too. Clean and very well stocked.

Very pleasant store. Easy to shop around there's a nice selection of food in the deli and the staff is very friendly. Overall a very nice shopping experience

This store is fairly small and don't always have what I need. The employees are all so friendly and it's close to home.

Getting a good deal on all the ingredients to make salami & cheese samwiches was very easy to do! For ease...it's easy...for quality....Safeway has great products. Discounts....can be found everywhere!

The staff at this Safeway, are excellent with their customers. Treating people with curiosity and respect, even compassion at times...thats hard to come by these days. Thank you

I found several goodies at this Safeway that I could not find at other stores- namely Pepperidge Farms Coconut Milano Cookies!
The staff were very knowledgable, and it also helps that there is an AMAZON pick up locker, as I had to order last minute office supplies!
Very clean facility and exceptional produce, along with meat choices. 🎖

Most important, they have great reception to open the Safeway app. You can see your grocery list, coupons, and specials. The employees are always friendly and the prices are right. This is the grocery store to shop in Martinez.

Great store. Friendly employees. Seems like everyone there is a friend. Very patient with those last minute customers that come in right before closing time. Good vibes here.

I remember going here while in highschool. All I got to say is their "secret" sandwich we always ordered was the ranch hand. Really good and hits the spot along with a cold Arizona ice tea.

I work here doing nightly resets. This is a beautiful store the lay out is awsome

The checkout guy accidently scanned one of my items into the lady's ahead of me in line. He swore furiously under his breath at himself. After he rung me up he left the store. I don't know if he's coming back. 5 stars

Sandwichs were great they were out of roast beef

This Safeway is small compared to the giant ones they build now but I find everything I need. It has a wonderful deli and a bakery plus the people working there are nice and helpful.
