Ice Monster

I was craving something between ice cream, boba, and shaved snow and this place hit the spot. They even have absolutely adorable fruit flavor ice teddy bears to top your dessert. This probably made me more excited then it should have but all of the different flavors and colors were so fun and they were soft as well so it wasn’t like biting into a chunk of straight hard ice.

I ordered a regular sized honeydew shaved ice with condensed milk, strawberry fruit and a pretty vibrant pink dragon fruit ice teddy bear.
One of my friends ordered a strawberry milk with oatmeal and strawberry popping bubbles.
My other friend ordered a tiger milk tea with boba and strawberry popping bubbles.

The mango bingsu is a great dessert if you don't want to eat something heavy. I added boba and mochi balls to mine. Since it's mostly flavored water, I had no problem eating the whole bowl by myself. The popcorn chicken was also good to eat with.

Ice monster indeed. This monster has wrecked havoc upon my life in all the best ways.

I was a man of wickedness. I wandered the earth, feeling hollow and empty, not knowing the true meaning of happiness. Then, through some karmic stroke of luck that I did not deserve, I found this restaurant.

The strawberry bingsu brought a light into my life that I had never before experienced. It is a gift that has forever altered the course of my life: the gift of purpose.

I will forever chase this high, and will bring the gift of bingsu to all in my life. Thank you, ice monster, you are the best ice-themed monster in the world.

Randomly found this location. Stopped in for some dessert. Very clean and the staff is very nice. I enjoyed every bite of my blueberry vanilla crepe. The chocolate strawberry crepe received a two thumbs up! The drinks are delicious :) We’ll be back to try everything else on the menu. Thank you for existing.

Great place with a good variety on their menu. From snack foods to deserts I defintely left here saying I need to come back and try more items. The waffle that we had was very tasty and was made hot to order. Lots of parking available.

We got the
Oreo explosion Ice Cream Bread house which comes with two ice cream scoop, oreo cookies, macaroon, marshmallows and honey bread.
Mango Snow ice with mango and mango bubbles and Tiger milk tea.
Everything was the right sweetness and delicious.

Soft drinks/ smoothies and awesome deserts type of shack. If sugary treats are your thing, you will enjoy this place. Everything looks and tastes very good. Small place with little outdoor seating too. Free parking. Not bad for celebrating a good grade or achievement with your kid.

Good music, fast friendly service and refreshingly cool Shaved Snow not overly sweet. That's what the toppings are for. Matcha with marshmallows and peanut M&M and watermelon with lychee jelly and lychee popping pearls pictured. Reuseable bowls are a plus for dining in, but the spoons are disposable.

Stopped by for shaved ice and ended up ordering a French toast with ice cream. Great choice and ordered smoothie as well.

We went for the first time a couple of days ago based on a family referral. I was blown away by the presentation and good taste. The cashier was very polite and helpful. The parlor was clean. The ice cream and other dishes are actually brought to your table. Reasonably priced. The only downside is that it seems a cup of coffee is over priced.

Ice Monster has great smoothies, ice cream slushes, and boba teas. They do more than just drinks - we also like their basil popcorn chicken, fried dumplings, and steamed pork buns!

Wow! Amazing from the second we walked in. Cashier greeted us with a huge smile and asked how we were. I wasn't sure which snow to get and she recommended a popular combination (mango, mochi, and condensed milk). Before I even got the receipt in my pocket, the gentleman by the drinks called our name for the drink order. 10 seconds later the snow was ready! Incredible service, and the taste is impeccable. Looks like a family affair, and it shows in how much they care. Thanks!

Tucked in a tiny nook in concord, the ice monster serves up some great food and drinks for the humans.

10/10 would go again.

Friendly service. Yummy chicken wings, fried tofu and pretty much all the foods we tried. My kids say they have the best popcorn chicken. I agree and we live in San Ramon where there’s a boba place in every shopping center. The brick toast and bread house are SOOOOOO good also. Only place I get it from. We come Saturday night after basketball games and stay until closing time. One time they offered us free green tea cause they were going to throw it out.

I liked everything, the waffles are simply magnificent and the tea with grapefruit is simply wonderful.

Friday night and an hour before they close I went with 6 friends - all in the mood for dessert.

Parking was easy, not crowded at all. At the register Carlee helped with my order - informed her it was my first time. She recommended to me a strawberry ice cream egg puff waffle with mochi toppings and a regular taro ice cream slush. Less then 10 minutes received both my orders and enjoyed it!
My friends loved their orders as well - we accidentally ordered a small Oreo egg puff waffle and they gave us a regular size without charging us! We were willing to pay for the regular but they were so kind to just give look pass that.

Service - friendly staff with kind smiles.

Food - I would recommend if you're in the mood for dessert.

If you haven't tried shaved ice you gotta go here. Make sure your hungry the serving size is large. My daughter likes the Mango flavor and I like the quesadilla nextdoor. We sit outside and everyone's happy😁

Taiwanese desserts arrive in the suburbs at Ice Monster in Walnut Creek. The huge selection of flavors for the menu items is almost overwhelming. The shaved snow is a cross between ice cream and shaved ice and was a huge hit for our kids. As for their drinks, their boba tapioca pearls are some of the best that I've ever had - soft and chewy even when cold. Overall, a fantastic find out in strip mall suburbia.

I love this place and think it's actually a great spot to grab dessert or to get your face milk tea. I'm going back to Try the shaved ice my boyfriend had it and it was pretty amazing I need a whole one.

We have tried boba shops throughout the state of California, and Ice Monster is the best! They have a great rewards program where you earn free items including cups and t-shirts. Most importantly, the hospitality and customer service are amazing. Jackie and Tina greeted us by name, and became more like friends. They are genuine, and hardworking. Which is sometimes rare in a franchise world. Wish there was one in SoCal!
