My Mom and I came in today to buy an adjustable bed. We had a great experience previously at Mattress Firm, so it was our first choice, and I have to say, we’re very happy! Sassan is very knowledgeable and helpful! He helped us find a wonderful bed with everything we were looking for in terms of temperature, height, and comfort. I really appreciated how patient and courteous Sassan was as he showed us aspects of different frames and mattress. He was helpful and worked to get us a great deal on a mattress and adjustable frame + add ons like pillows. Would highly recommend looking for him when you stop in for your mattress.

Great customer service! Jessica was very professional, courteous, respectful and patient with us. She was very personable. She showed us the mattress options available at this location and what would be comparable to our current mattress. Jessica thoroughly explained mattress care, what to expect at delivery, and Mattress Firm's return policy. She wasn't just trying to sell us a mattress; she made choosing a mattress a pleasant experience. We have been Mattress Firm customers for nearly 15 yrs and we plan on staying with them!

Sassan helped me SO much! He was VERY knowledgeable, patience, and answered all of my questions. He gave excellent advice and recommendations with every detail of my purchase, which I greatly needed. I haven't bought a bed in many, many years, so all of the options were quite different and I really understood what I was buying because of Sassan. I didn't feel rushed at all. Sassan provided full attention the entire time I was there. He went above and beyond to make me feel happy about my purchase from start to finish. He even gave me various pillows to try when I was testing the mattresses. Very friendly, too! I am SO happy with everything and excited to get my new bed, frame, and mattress protector!

She helped us narrow down to the best mattress for us quickly. We got a great deal on a high quality mattress. Their Covid protocols are on point too. We appreciated the friendly customer service and highly recommend the store.

Our sales rep Kim was extremely knowledgeable and never pushed us. She helped us find a mattress that both of us love, even though my wife and I have completely different requirements. We checked out a couple other stores the same day but ultimately came back because of how confident Kim helped us feel purchasing the one we did.

I have just had the best experience at mattress firm! Sean Linn is an excellent sales person. He showed me many different mattresses and told me the strengthsof each of them and encouraged me to lie on each of them for 10 minutes. I’ve been here for almost 3 hours and he was just marvelous in the way that he cared about my comfort and and wanted to make sure that as a guest I had the best experience.
Because of him I bought a Tempurpedic and paid twice what I intended to. It was the best one for my hip replacement. I would never have tried it without him.

If you’re looking for a mattress, do not hesitate and go to this store. It was a great experience from beginning to end. My husband and I were greeted by Sean immediately when we walked in. You could just tell he was very knowledgeable and most of all, passionate about what he was talking about. He showed us multiple options that was within our budget and went above and beyond to figure out the best option and deals for our needs. We felt so comfortable and at ease (I even took a quick nap) that we made our purchase from Sean! Had an amazing experience at this Mattress Firm, the manager Trevor was so helpful and really knew his stuff about all of the different beds and options! I was so comfortable buying my king size adjustable after talking with him. Very clean, felt confident that all Covid protocol was being followed. Great job team!
