Extended Stay America - Pleasant Hill - Buskirk Ave.

My recent three-day stay at Extended Stay America exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. Upon check-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. Entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The spacious layout provided ample room to move around, and the furnishings were modern and tasteful. The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks during my stay. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home away from home during their travels. I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

Eric, one of the managers was very helpful and we couldn't have asked for better service. We stayed here headed to the hospital in St. Helena for a procedure and Eric was so nice we stayed here 2 nights on the way back. It was clean, had a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove top, sink and microwave. The curtains kept the light out well. It isn't the Ritz, but then again you aren't paying crazy prices. It is a good comfortable place to stay.

The rooms are amazing with plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable as well. The front desk representative Erik, great work, was very friendly and kind when I was asking for extra things and some utensils for my cooking.

Erik from the front desk was extremely nice, polite and friendly. Helped me with all my issues within minutes. Also gave me a full info about my stay during check in in a very professional way.

What makes this place ALL 5 STARS ✨ is customer service 100% Mr. Erik goes above and beyond from entering this place to checking in and more… I would definitely come back to this location!!! A perfect place not far from Oakland airport, but away from Oakland from all the craziness that been happening…. The place do need an upgrade/ update to 2024 so the prices makes up for that. But this place you are next to a lot of option for food!! So for overall what I mention I have this place ALL 5 STARS ⭐🤙🏽

Extended Stay America Pleasant Hill overall has a very inviting easy going atmosphere, staff are very attentive and professional . Amenities are available at all times if you are looking for an home away from home this your choice ! Close travel to restaurants and or convenience stores ! Also, Yes it is very clean here you will see staff cleaning through out the entire day which is always appreciated.

In terms of being kind and personable, attentive yet not intrusive. They really seem like good people and willing to help make things as comfortable and positive as possible. Great rate for the area too.

Erik and Zee were absolutely amazing, they were nothing but helpful and provided incredible service. Definitely very hard workers, 10/10 stay!

Hotel rooms have a kitchenette. Very nice & service was good. People here are friendly & willing to help (ask Erik at the front desk if you need anything!) Pet friendly rooms too. Only challenge is the fire alarm went off for no reason a few times during my stay. Location is alright. Little busy.

Anton was very friendly '& greeted everyone with a smile the entire time. As he was Helping me to check in (booked straight through the company), Reservations failed to inform me that I had a deposit on top of the 2 nights I booked. Upon my arrival, as I checked in and paid, I noticed the increase. I obviously didn't have that entire amount on my card I was using, just what I was quoted and Anton was very understanding and very patient as I had to change things around to be able to complete my check-in. Overall, his energy was contagious, just a bubbly but professional person and SUPER Helpful. 1st time booking with ESA & I'll for sure book again in the future.

This place is a fair price for decent housing BUT there's 2 notable things I'd like to say about this place. One, on the first night when we pointed out that the room above us was noisy (probably gets jumping around the room), staff quickly got the family to respect quiet hours. Two, when I tried getting bottled water from the vending machine, they were out but staff freely gave us a bottled water.

The staff is great especially the front man at the front desk of the great guy he helped me out with everything I needed it wasn't trouble to check in he is very accommodating would recommend staying here
