Did an online order. Was quick to pick that up. Also made a purchase since the selection was awesome! Hands down the best selection of any store I've been to. The staff was friendly and helpful. So be going back again soon!

Great collection of non-alcoholic beverages! They have several shelf sections of NA beer. When I started going a few years ago, they just had a couple shelves, but it's always expanding with greater selection. I'm really glad they make an effort to carry NA options. I haven't checked out the mocktail and NA wine, but I know they carry a few options of those, too.

I have shopped here before and had a positive experience. My brother-in-law requested for a variety of American Whiskey on my next visit to U.K. Well guess what TWM came through again. Best prices & best service goes a long way. I chose curbside pickup instead of delivery which was very reasonable. I arrived at the store, parked in the curbside zone and checked in.
Within five minutes my order was in the car and that was impressive because many companies offer seamless curbside but it’s a nightmare

Total Wine hosted our company and select clients for a wine tasting last night and it was wonderful. The staff lead us through a tasting of 8 wines from California and gave a well informed presentation about the history of wine in California and the various regions. They were very accommodating and allowed us to start when we were ready. I highly recommend a tasting course through Total Wine.

I hadn't been here since they opened years ago. Total wine is definitely the place for wine, selection is amazing. I came for specific items I needed for the holidays. They had everything I needed and more. Store was clean, well organized and well staffed. Will definitely be back.

Great setup, clean, spacious. Employees kind and cashier lady (wish I got her name) super friendly! Got a unique tequila and it was my girlfriend's first time at the store and she loved it too :)

🍷Ted was very helpful in helping my husband and I decided on a delicious sweet red wine and spiced rum to use in a banana foster recipe! He even gave us a cool tip on chilling a wine bottle in little as five minutes by wrapping it in a damp cloth and placing it in the freezer 🧊 We will definitely be back to visit soon 🍷

Lots of staff around to help if needed. The store is very easy to navigate and it's nicely labeled. They also have snacks and small gifts. Well stocked from my experience.

Jesus at the cash register is always great! However I don't like the looks I get when walk into the store by other employees and how I get followed around the store while shopping. If it wasn't for Jesus don't think I'd continue to shop at this store. Shows how great customer service can make a difference.

I’m not a fan of big retail liquor stores but they have a few things I would have to order otherwise. Their prices on some items are a lot cheaper and overall less expensive than alternative big retail beverage stores.

Love this place when I need to pick up some wines or beers for my family and friends. As someone who doesn't drink at all, I have absolutely zero ideas of what I'm looking at/for. People there are super helpful and helped me several times when I'm looking for something. The aisles are far from each other which is big plus for me, since I always have anxiety of knocking bottles over. Not only wines and beers, they have good selections of gift wraps and cards, and some snacks to go with the drinks too. In 2020, they are doing a great job of keeping the store clean and they even provide face masks if you do not have one. Outstanding!

This is my go-to liquor store! They have wine tasting almost all the time. And they have beer tasting frequently. Prices are great and selection is huge!
