Best Buy

I think this Best Buy is an alright location, and things are organized enough. I do prefer the Dublin location over this one, though, because it seems like areas are set up in a more cohesive manner. I'm sure the employees are nice, which is why I'm not docking off a star.

I love this store everyone is so helpful. I had a great conversation with another customer and a sales person tonight about the echo homes, nest and starlight. I learned a lot and was asked numerous times throughout my shopping if I had any questions. When I needed an item that was locked up grinding an employee was not a task.

I had great sales people and great installers, helping me with my new home theater receiver. They even took care of me even though there was a communication error on the day of installation. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy. Thanks guys.

Love this place for electronics but a new TV and sound bar and got a great deal. Dealing with Mike and Sean was a pleasure two really good guys. They both made a very easy to understand the new TVs and soundbar and what was going to work the best for me.

We were here on Cyber Monday, around early evening to pick up an online order.
The store was busy, but the associates were amazing! They were fast and organized, they were no lines or confusion.

Always the best going here. Most of the staff is helpful. Kid was rude at the return desk and very unhelpful though. Hope he gets fired after the season.

As they are the only big box store for most any electronics, I find myself there far too often.

Amazon is great in many aspects, but there are times I want or need something right away when a 1 or 2 day delivery won't do. They are excellent for that purpose!

It usually isn't hard to find assistance when you need help. The staff has always been polite and friendly as well as assistive.

There was a huge selection of printers. I got a good one at 30% off plus $30.00 off for recycling my old one.

No more than an hour after purchasing a brand new laptop, customer service was great at returning my DOA laptop.

Went for the Xbox Series X Halo Edition and got it. This is more of a good review because this store was one of the selected to have a walk-in event for the console which is more secure than online.

Customer Service was incredible!! From the person at the front desk greeting us to the sales consultant to the check out staff! Everyone was so friendly and so helpful! Both sale consultants that I spoke with were very knowledgeable and sure of themselves. It was such a comfort to speak to people who know what they’re doing.

They are great there especially in Magnolia Hi fi, I had an issue with a Sony TV after the return time and they took great care of me it was a weird issue so they helped me out. The new one is good so far.

Had the modem and very helpful folks in the store.

This Best Buy location always have very friendly staff willing to help with any questions. Parking is always plentiful. I’ve never had any issues with this store, it seem like they always have everything I need in stock.
