The salesman was very helpful and explained everything to my mother who is in her 90s. Very easy to work with and good prices. Not having the bed delivered yet but as far as the sales person goes, excellent.

I loved the showroom, light, airy, relaxed. I also totally enjoyed Roland, who knows more about the mattress business than I’ll know in fifty lifetimes. He was a pleasure to deal with and we had so much fun, while finding exactly what we were looking for. It was effortless. I was amazed at the whole experience.

Second mattress we’ve purchased here. Compared to other stores, your space is warm, inviting and modern. I’d like to live in it :) John is trustworthy and knowledgeable, fun and patient. An absolute asset to the company over and over again. And well dressed! He consistently restores my faith in customer service that is rapidly declining in other parts of town. We went in late on a Tuesday night, and John the store manager gave us a big warm welcome. He took the time to ask some questions to help guide us through the store to the options that best fit our needs and preferences. John was a true professional and a wealth of knowledge which really helped us in making our decision. Customer service was A+, and I can guarantee that I will come back to do all my future bed purchases with Mancini's in Walnut Creek.

After the mattress was delivered, we gave the mattress two weeks to get used to it. Contacting the sellers, we worried that the sellers would somehow have problems with the existing exchange rules. Instead, the exchange was simple and easy. The exchange also included a nontrivial refund, which was issued cheerfully without any problem. We give full marks Mancini’s in Walnut Creek!

This was my first time shopping for an upgraded mattress and I had a great experience! Steve was super helpful and patient when I was trying to decide which mattress to buy and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured at all and was even able to get a great deal on pillows.

I have suffered from serious back pain for about 10 years -- which is how long I have had the wrong mattress from a competitor's store. In the brief time I've had the mattress John recommended, my back feels so much better, and I feel like a have a new lease on life. I wish I had done this years ago. Thank you John!

To say we had a great experience at this Mancini's is an understatement. My boyfriend and I came in with only an hour left till closing time with no certainty on what kind of bed we were interested in buying. From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by Brian and the search for our perfect bed had started. He was very knowledgable and patient as he had us try a variety of different beds based on our personal sleeping styles. With the help of Brian, we were able to find the perfect bed for us and more. We have now been sleeping on our bed for over a month and getting the best sleep we've ever had.

Great experience and deal at Mancini's. Brian helped my fiance and I pick out a new mattress, pillows, bed frame, sheets, with all the works. We got more than expected for a great price. A new bed is an investment, but we felt confident with our purchase and am glad that Brian was able to tell us everything we didn't know we needed.
They're going to come install EVERYTHING at our house in the 2hr window of our choosing and haul away our old mattress.
So glad we got that checked off our list before we get married...

The best mattress store! We learned so much from Jon and Brian about mattresses and the mattress industry as a whole. Everyone in the store was super nice and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We felt right at home and could comfortably try all the mattresses we wanted. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience walking into Mancini’s Sleepworld in Walnut Creek. The store manager, John, was extremely patient and knowledgeable in assisting us find the perfect mattress! We initially thought we wanted a Temperdic, but after trying out several different mattresses, we were sold on the Airloom mattress.
John helped us narrow down they type of mattress to help us get the best rest, and best sleeping posture that can help alleviate body pains and aches!
We are so thrilled and excited with this purchase, but especially was so impressed by John’s knowledge!
