Contra Costa Government Offices

Just disgusted at how this office staff treats members of the public. The absolute worst behavior I have seen from public servants. As a government employee myself, I am embarrassed to see people like this abusing the tax payers who provide their salaries.

Having reviewed footage taken over this summer, I have never seen such poor service and lack of regard for the public by government employees. From rude and openly aggressive comments/actions, ignoring public request for aid, and violating CPRA, the actions of 4-6 staff in the youtube video posted this summer should disqualify them from their duties as public servants. Serious training and professionalism needs to be integrated into the workforce.

This office staff at the front desk acts very unprofessional and treats the public like trash. I hope whoever views these comments will hold the workers accountable and give better training to them in the future. We need better service from our public servants.

Rude, unprofessional. Throw temper tantrum when they don't get their way, when you don't bow down & listen to them they yell at you. Think they are the boss. Will ignore you when asking for help.

The inspectors don't inspect. Fire them. They do not work. Names on the way. Why even have laws if they aren't enforced. A house is being built in a backyard on High Street in Pleasant Hill right on top of the aqueduct system. Another county created disaster is on the way.

This office is in violation of the California Freedom of Information Act and the California Public Record Act which stipulates that if one is unable or wishes not to complete an online public records' request form, "Alternatively, you may also complete a written form and submit it by electronic mail or mail to the relevant address." County offices are subject to this requirement (Section 6252(f) California Government Code). Beyond being legally defiant, the public servants are incredibly rude, unprofessional and, worst of all, some blatantly refuse to do their job. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for the disservice you do to the state of California and its members of the public.

The worst country office and the disdain for the public .each and everyone in that office that violated Bay Area transparency in the video failed .We the people will like all employees that flipped the member of the public off and the ones who refused service needs to be removed from position. Take action against all the ladies and a guy who disrespected the Bay Area Transparency YouTuber for not helping him appropriately as required by the law. Teach them that they are public servants.

Visited these offices and was treated like garbage. I've had better respect given to me by a gangster on the street than by these people.
