CVS

I needed to get passport photos and came here about an hour before closing. Turns out they were really short staffed too, but despite that the guy helping me, Isaiah, was super friendly and accommodating. He put me at ease during the process I had been dreading, and it was done really quick! Definitely recommend for passport pics. They were helpful over the phone when I called beforehand too.

Pharmacy manager Dute made transferring a prescription there a breeze the other day. Thank you!

Nice big CVS. Lots of seasonal items as well as grocery items and liquor. Has a photo area and a big candy selection for when you visit the movie theatre next door.

This cvs is huge, it has literally anything.

Has the basic needs of what you need.

They use to be a one star and they sure have improve in the manners and and upgrading there store looks very organized !

All of the customers from Rite aid were transferred to the cvs pharmacy when they closed in Martinez. I heard of 2 customers that could not get there prescription filled the same day and were told to come back tomorrow. yes it was a controlled drug but the other prescriptions were filled right away. it was like the pharmacist was controlling what he wanted to fill out and what he didn't want to . Bottom line is, he was more or less insinuating or made the costumers feel like they just wanted the drugs to get hi. witch was not the case at all. He is not the doctor and has no idea why the patient needed a certain prescription, and should not be on a power trip as to make a person wait an extra day. a real jerk, I will transfer my purchases somewhere else so that will not happen to me if I need a prescription filled the day.I go to get one.

They choose to not carry tobacco but have alchohol fully stocked in the aisles. Odd

So sorry to see the CVS in Virginia hills shopping center. Closed we are now sent to this CVS on center in Martinez. Disappointing. Have gone twice. Most unfriendliest people in pharmacy. I have ever met. ! Have run into several transfered customers from the closed CVS. The feeling is mutual. ! These people are rude and seem to be completely bothered. There is no greeting. No thank you, nothing. They closed the wrong CVS

I went to pick up my regular prescriptions as usual. Great service in the pharmacy.
Then I went to the front to get nicotine patches. The cashier was so rude. She didn't know what type of patches they had. I asked for a 21 mg. of the CVS brand to which she replied they're not sold like that with a short attitude on her voice???
I then asked how they were sold. She said step one. I said okay step one please. Then I asked for the next step to which she snapped back two or three? Wow! Did someone get up on the wrong side of the bed today?
I've been coming to this CVS for more than 15 years.. I think it's time to move to Walgreens.

Zero customer service when needing to get something unlocked. Be prepared to stand there for a while

There is an old white lady with short hair who works the cash register that doesn't do her job, she won't scan an item if you need to know the price of an item and she refuses to bag the things you buy, she acts as if your suppose to bag the items you buy yourself, why pay this POS. This lady is old but she isn't that old, I think that she is just miserable and takes her negativity out on others or she tries to test them. Really don't know why someone gave her a job!

Never again. Had to come here 3 times to pick up the same prescription.
