I was supposed to get 2 tops tapered and hemmed. Alterations overlooked it even though it was clearly pinned as well on what I wanted done. Front desk lady was very nice and felt bad. However The alterations people sucked. They only hemmed it even though I paid for both services and needed to wear it on a specific day that same week. They said they could TRY to get it done sooner but that would not have worked out in time with my schedule. If they just did their job correctly the first time they wouldn’t have to TRY to get it back to me faster. Very inconvenient and unhappy with the horrible service and results. Front desk lady said I could bring it back AFTER my trip and get them to redo it but the whole point of me taking it in the first place was to wear for the trip. Didn’t even bother to do a refund or anything cause I didn’t want to deal with this place anymore. Won’t be using them again for alterations. They need to pay attention better.
