Wow, only a couple days after posting this review, my daughter was taken by medics to the ER at Good Sam. She ended up needing emergency surgery. One nurse was grumpy when, before a bed was available, daughter in horrific pain laid down on the floor. Nurse called security. Daughter says the poor woman was just trying to do her job, no blame. Otherwise she said treatment was all kindness and careful explanation of the diagnosis and treatment. Kudos especially to Dr Song who saved her life and eased her fears as she prepped for surgery. Daughter is healing well, no complications.

In the past few years I've had two surgeries and one trip to the ER at Good Sam. (I've also had surgeries at half dozen other area hospitals for comparison)
Every aspect of my interactions with Good Sam staff was exceptional. Each time I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and a pleasant attitude. Wait times were short, even in the ER. The facilities clean, comfortable and pleasingly decorated. Great care was given to pandemic safety. When you are ill and feeling apprehensive, thoughtful caregivers make all the difference.

I traveled over 200 miles to come visit my son who is a patient in the cardiac observation unit. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted with warmth and friendliness when given directions to my son's room. Upon introduction to Loree, RN. I was immediately impressed with the care, compassion, and skill being devoted to my son. She took the time to explain his diagnosis, medications being given, and pathway the cardiac team was taking in the care of my son's illness. Thank you for relieving much of my anxiety, and for the continuing excellent care of my son.

Just had surgery here today. The nurses and my doctor were fantastic! So nice and explained everything as they went to ease my fears. The hospital itself is clean and all precautions were followed. I never feel uneasy because of all the explanations, I felt safe and in capable hands. Thank you to all the nurses and anesthesia nurse!

Everybody was kind and very professional. Everyone was helpful and had a good sense of humor. They really took good care of me. I would recommend Dr. Hou's and his team to every one I know who has back pain.

My mother was in for a month and they took great care of her. The Doctors were amazing and all worked together to give her the best care.

It was awesome sadly my wife had to have surgery on her wrist but they did an amazing job they were super kind and they truly care . I wouldn't go anywhere else .

I like the Staff and the Hospital. I just had to wait 7 hours in the E R and still had no idea whin a room would be ready due to so many people needing space. Due to pain I checked out and went home. This was no fault of the Hospital.

I was very happy with the care I received and the doctor and nurses were very nice and caring.

Long wait but it was Friday night in the ER. Staff were Great!!

Nurses in preop as well as surgeon were great.

It was very clean. The staff was most helpful.

The pre wait before a procedure is miserable.
