Amber Oak Self Storage

Amber Oak self storage was a great place to store my items between moves. The facility is clean and seems very secure. The office staff were very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend Amber Oak for all your storage needs.

The customer service I received was UNREAL! 10 stars if I could! Chrysti was exceptional! She made the process so smooth and easy. I called before arriving, let her know I was on a time crunch but needed a unit. She informed me of all the units available and all the information for each unit. By the time I showed up everything was ready to go, I was out of there within 10 minutes. She understood what needed to be done and excelled! The units are clean and the property is well kept. This will be my 3rd time getting a unit here, I will always come here if I need a storage unit!

Safe. Secure. Clean. Christie and Charli are both nice and very quick to help you with whatever you need. It's a tad pricey but, you get what you pay for.

I recently started using Amber Oaks storage in November 2022. My overall experience with the facility has been pleasant. Most of my interaction has been with Christie and she is very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. This is not a large city, and recently I saw her at the grocery store during the holidays. She did not have to go out of her way and acknowledge my family and I but she did, and remembered our names. If I had any gripes about the facility itself, it would be the lack of climate control considering the extreme hot and frigid temperatures in this area. Otherwise, the facility is clean and well-kept and has security cameras everywhere.

We love Amber Oak Storage!! For 4 years our household goods were stored there. Every time I interacted with them whether in person or by phone they were very very nice and helpful. Facilities are always clean, gate works great, convenient hours-----it was a nice experience!!!

Amazing! Can't say enough about how our needs were met and her commitment to contact us back as promised. Clean, neat units, moving supply needs were priced at or below box store and U-haul pricing! Very helpful, extremely nice and polite!!

The best storage I've ever seen. Clean, nicely located, with very polite and friendly management. Overall the place feels very secure, security gate and surveillance cameras throughout. The units are very clean and neat! Definitely the place to store all your precious family jewels.

We really love this storage company and location, we were in the middle of selling a house and buying a house, we had another storage full, in a town 30 min away , we came here desperate for a second storage, they only had one left, we took it, I was impressed with the video security because the other storage where the rest of our stuff was already at, Had horrible outdated video. Amber Oak has sharp color video, and we as everyone are concerned for the safety of our things in the transition . The staff was always very helpful. we actually took the large unit because it was the only one empty,,, and never though we would fill it up But we did, we under estimated how much we had. So It just worked out great and made a stressful time of moving much easier. I recommend them .

I have been keeping stuff at Amber Oak Storage for more than five years now. I've rented both a parking space and storage units. It is a well run facility. Over the last 15 years or so I've rented at five different storage locations, and without a doubt Amber Oak is the cleanest and friendliest of all of them. For example I've rented at places where going on a waiting list for a unit was a joke (they never called back 10 years later). Twice I've moved up to larger units at Amber Oak via a waiting list. They are friendly and professional.

My wife and I have used Amber Oaks Storage twice now and their service is very professional, secure, and clean. The staff there are friendly and customer focused every time we go in. We recommend Amber Oaks Storage to anyone looking for a great place to keep their Property or rv.

My husband and I have used Amber Oaks Self Storage off and on over the past 3 years. The grounds are keep immpecably clean.The units are secure and the buldings well maintained. Very clean facility, great friendly knowledgeable staff. Love that they provide 24-hour security! Will be my first go to if I ever need storage again.

Over all I feel that Amber oak storage has friendly, helpful staff. The storage units are always clean and ready to use. When I have questions or concerns there always ready to help.
