Always have received friendly, fast service at the pharmacy and in the store. Reasonably priced on most items; even when compared to the giant box "discount" retailer across the street!

I haven't used the pharmacy but I often shop here. It's very convenient and clean. I have always had good friendly service. I have gotten photos here and they weren't the best quality. Overall I enjoy shopping here and will be back.

Very friendly customer service. The pharmacy is very busy. Our perscriptions have always been very accurate. Pharmacist is good at giving shots. Store is always clean.

They didn’t have a prescription in stock (although I gave plenty lead time) when I picked up other prescription. Now, I’m away for Thanksgiving and they’re badgering me, sternly, with texts to come pick it up or they won’t hold it. Walgreens, why don’t you restock BEFORE I come in for my refill, not after?

I'm putting two stars because most of the problems are not the actual pharmacy staff. Aside from the female pharmacist, the staff is reasonable, polite and accurate. They are overworked and understaffed. I've been put on hold for 35 minutes, and I stood in line waiting to pick up after it's filled, for 45 minutes. Even the prescribing physician was put on hold for 25 minutes only to be told by the pharmacist that she was "uncomfortable" filling a prescription because it was one day early. People working within the healthcare chain, it's not about THEIR comfort, it's about the PATIENT'S comfort, with ethical and legal boundaries. But this wasn't her judgement call, it was the doctor's. And there was no ethical dilemma. So she made a miserable situation even worse. I could even deal with the other staffing issues, but this is too much.

New to town. Only been to the drive through twice. 20 minute wait both times. Very slow inside and out. Under staffed.
