Postal Plus

I needed a Notary in an emergency situation and called Postal Plus at 5:59pm (they close at 6pm). I explained I was close and they waited for me. I got there at 6:15pm and they notarize my document (no rush charge or other fees). That's what I call great customer service. I will be going there for all my notary needs and I will definitely refer them to my friends.

I've been here a couple of times just to get my livescan done, and everyone here is super nice. I would recommend them

They only take cash or check. Saw an Ad for the role of stamps that were cheaper than post office and did not honor their Ad.

They are just plain RUDE..uncalled for..no wonder they only got a 3 star...better off going to post office, plus it's much cheaper..just went to post office..they charged 5.00 fir certified mail..this guy wanted to charge me 12.00..really?

NEVER GO HERE, needed a live scan and he messed up the first time and blamed it on me. THEN HE DEMANDED I PAY A SECOND TIME!! HE caused me a 2 month delay for my paperwork, does not not even deserve a single star.

Just left this place yesterday, and the employee/owner/or whatever cussed me out on my way out. This business is not even worth one star, or even be in business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

It all started back in June. I was in the process of submitting my application to the CA state board of pharmacy, and the last requirement of the lengthy process was to submit a Live Scan. I shopped around, and this place was the cheapest. It had a good rating on yelp, and decided that this was the place to complete my Lives Scan. No appointment needed. Service was quick, and the service was nothing to complain about. I sent of my packet, and waited for pharmacy technician licensed to be issued.

Now, September, my license is over due! I got a letter in the mail saying that my application was put on hold because the Live Scanner omitted my social security! I brought it up to the employee (the same one that cussed me out on the way out), and he said that there was nothing he could do for me. I paid $69 dollars for the live scan! The main thing that is required (social security) was not sent out. Live scan operators mistake. The employee said he could do it for me again, but that I had to pay for it again!! WOW.

Avoid this place if you are looking to get a live scan. Cheap is not always good! Lesson learned here.

Today I went to do a notary certification at this place and after he finished and I paid for the service I noticed some words in the paperwork were wrong so I returned to him to fix it I was chocked that he refused and said he wants to charge me a full price again, I excepted it because I was in a hurry then he refused to do it and said I don't want to do it , he was so rude and a very unprofessional person I really strongly don't recommend this place to anyone, if he's the only place in the valley that does notary I won't go back to that place again never ever.
