Curbside order pick up is great. I'm a disabled person and can't shop in store. This is a great offer to be able to shop. You just need the Target App for these options.

I just got my new phone from consumer cellular, was on the phone with them trying to switch the phones, the phone went dead as soon as they switched it. I panicked! I went to Target, they have consumer cellular services. The two young men who helped me were absolutely wonderful! It was Andrew and Oscar. They were so patient and knowledgeable. My phone was up in no time. Thumbs up to whoever hired them! Good choice. Thank you.

I love their Drive Up option. It really helps busy parents multi task to get through the household chores so that we can spend more time with our family. Plus it’s free, can’t beat that.

Easy in and out shopping. First time at this location. It’s huge and well maintained meaning clean and well stocked.

Very clean and organized store. CVS Pharmacy staff in this Target are very professional and friendly. I took my parents to their pharmacy for their vaccines. They honored their schedule on-time and issued their cards right away.

Drive up is the way to go if you don't want to wait in line or go looking for your item when you don't know where it is. I been to this Target location many times before covid and during covid where I never had a bad experience. The place is cleaned and very organize. This time on my way home I decided to use their drive up pickup option, the drive up is in front of the store and not in the parking structure so be aware of that. After I check in and mark that I was there, it took like less than a minute for a employee to come out with my items. They will confirm the 4 digit code that you'll get when you mark that you're there at the store to verify it's your order. I had to get something for my sister so I had to park and go inside, I saw that they had a long line at the customer service area so I made a great choice on not doing store pickup because I would've had to wait.

Clean store properly marked Isles with a understandable layout everything seemed to be stocked well I mean what do you expect from Target it's Walmart's nicer more well-dressed cousin

I love love love Target. I always try and go there. The workers were very helpful and not rude. I was only suppose 2 look and buy a couple of things but i always come out buying the whole store. I try & relax at Target because this is the only time out for me since my son is at school. I try to go by myself because each & everytime i bring my son i buy everything and anything for him plus my stuff, we spend some much time and money going to Target. I spent almost 2 hours and a half at Target. Target is my favorite store. I can never leave without spending a good amount of money. I think i go to Target 3 times a week. The team members are the best, well at least some of them.

I loved this store, clean, organized and well stocked. Very good offers and perfect.

I placed for first time an order to pick up in target, yes first time, I haven’t been able before cuz I’m busy all the time. But was amazing every thing I ordered for pick up was there in less than 2 hours and nothing was damage. And excellente customer service and fast wow and I loved the new design. Love it. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

I really love Target when the workers are very kind not rude. I love when the workers are very friendly and helpful. I also like Target when I go and they have all the products I need. Sometimes when I go, I go for two things and end up leaving with more than I was supposed to get. The Target in Granada Hills, the workers are very helpful. Thank you for helping out a person when they really need it.

This is my favorite Target, everything is very organized, and the stuff is very friendly.

There are 3 Target stores near me, however, I always go to the one on San Fernando Mission and Balboa because it is the most organize and clean of the 3. I know where the items I need are and it’s usually well stocked. It’s very spacious too. The return process is super easy, especially if you have the red card. They have about ten self check out cashiers and it’s super ease to exit from the parking lot whichever direction you want to go. The customer service could use a little more refinement, but it’s not a big deal. This one is my Target.
