Ross Dress for Less

I stopped by this Ross to return the belt I got from the Burbank location the previous day and wanted to get a smaller size one. Finding parking at this Ross location was easy because it's in a decent size plaza. When I came around 3pm, they were not busy so I was able to go straight to the cashier to return it. I started browsing around the men's section to look for the belt I wanted. I didn't find the same one at a smaller size so I got a different one for the same price. I'm happy with my purchase because the belt feels secure and it's a good quality belt that's also reversible. The customer service that I received was also excellent. They also have a Amazon locker here as well for pickup.

Variety to choose from at great prices. Tuesday is Senior Day which means an extra discount. Best to go early before the afternoon crowds. Cashiers pretty quick. Clean. Organized. Properly staffed so you're not search for assistance. Dressing rooms clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking. Wheelchair accessible. Security always at front of the door to welcome you. In a shopping business center with a dry cleaners, barber shop, petco, Vons,Big 5, donut shop, Asian food, Mexican tacos, Western Bagel Shop, and more.

Went back to school shopping and came out with a haul of clothing and accessories. This location has a lot more Inventory. Parking is in a big lot shared with other small businesses. The cashiers unfortunately we're having their own private conversation during our interaction when paying which meant we had to work on getting our cashier's attention to remove the security tags from a number of our clothing items. Still a good experience; very busy.

I just went to Ross yesterday and I got to say it was one of the most memorable days I’ve experienced in a while. It first started with a friendly great by the person named John. John heroically stopped 10 dudes using just his words. The most kind words I have heard a person speak. The other day John was giving away food at a food bank he had purchased. Over $10,000 worth of quality food. Please keep John working here as long as possible for he is the most kind hearted soul out there.

This store has a great selection of bathroom and kitchen items. Shoes shelves almost empty most of the time. Clothing racks are packed but brand names fashion clothes is very hard to find in here. Even if you’ll get lucky with True Religion T shirt or Michael Kors jeans it will be either overpriced or not your size. I usually get BEBE or Juicy Couture PJ’s and underwear. They also sell Tommy, XOXO, Adrienne Vittadini, Rachel Roy, and Jessica Simpson. Same thing applies to men section. But again,if you’ll find your size. I prefer to shop for brand names at brand stores. Save lots of time because of no digging and no searching to find a right fit.

I love this place, unlike other Ross stores, they are so nice and accommodating at the one in Granada Hills. I go everytime I am in the area visiting my aunt.

It's Ross . They got some good stuff

Spent over $400 between family. They have everything. Great store good setup and great excellent customer service from security to floor personnel to cashier. Everybody seems to be engaging for what it's meant for. In stock and worth the shopping. Great store exceptional staff.

Real low prices, great customer service, and neat things like this 🪓 throwing "dart board.

Wanted compressionshirt UnderArmour at a Kho#s Mon but yikesb$45 for one, but found it at Ross $9.99...just one more reason to make this my store

It's a nice Ross, you can get some great designer finds here at a deeply discounted price but it's not for quick shopping. The staff at this Ross was very nice, very friendly. My dad and I both enjoyed our last visit and our purchases.

I like it as always, is just the their options for shoes became narrow, from having Adidas, Vans, new balance, nikes from Fila and Puma only. I hope they restock other brands! Other than that, still a great place to visit to buy branded clothes and decent watches.

Stopped here to kill some time and I found the watch that I have been looking for and it was alot less than the "other" guys...

I love to shop at this Ross store. I found a great deal of treasures at incredible prices. From formal gowns , to baby cloths and from house décor to toys and supply for my Maltipoo. if you are on a budget or just like to search for that hidden gem without spending a fortune this is the place to visit. You just need to be willing to search and be patient if sometime the store my appear messy.

I love this place!!! I don't know what's better, the large selection of quality clothing, or the great low prices! Ross is always at the top of my shopping list when I need a wardrobe update.

They're open until 12:30 every night how crazy is that I think it's cool lot of times when I'm bored or can't sleep sometimes I get up and go walk through there LOL

The 2020 Christmas shopping pandemic covid lines were well managed by Ross I think the average weight was 10 minutes and the customer service is very friendly
