Vons

This is actually the only Vons that I visit and I've been visiting this location for over 3 years. Management super cool the store runs efficiently the meat department workers are great and everyone always ask if I need help or says hi and acknowledges me when I shop as well as I discover others. It's not in the best of the best areas so make sure to lock all your valuables in your trunk. Other than that don't forget to download the Vons app because you can save money and earn rewards it's always great to save at least $10 specially with a High Cost of Living nowadays.

Love Vons for their flowers, baked goods and fruit cups! I like this store because it is always very clean. That is my favorite part about this supermarket. My favorite at the bakery are the apple turnovers and the cookies!! The roses are always beautiful and fresh. 💖

Lots of variety and well stocked. Very helpful staff. Nice to shop a local store and see your neighbors. Even when they are out of items, happy to give a rain check. Always friendly.

Would give it 5 for the fact that they have great sales , always clean & near my home . Although I gave it 3 stars because my sibling who has a darker complexion than me has gotten racist vibes, stares & had seen some workers avoid him when bagging. Some of cashiers have given him a tone as if they are holding in their anger while being polite when he’s paying.

We still shop here since it hasn’t escalated more than looks & avoidance

Update : I’m giving it 5 stars now , since my comment we’ve gone back to the store several times. My brother has mentioned & felt a much better peaceful vibe in store & with the workers. We even joined the fresh pass for more deals & order pick ups. I appreciate management & the workers for everything they do at this store.

Great they stay open late you'll find anything your craving late at night

Kayla in the bakery was great. She helped me pick out a cake and pretty cupcakes for my niece's birthday (which she absolutely loved) Thank you Kayla.

Haven’t been here since the Panda Express was still here . Kind of shocked with the price difference on items from here ( cheaper ) than the one on Sepulveda , in Mission Hills .

The store was very clean , friendly staff , great variety as opposed to other locations ! Thanks Cindy , you’re a sweet heart ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong )

Great service. I was asked if I needed assistance by a gentleman that was restocking shelves. I did, I couldn’t find a specific pasta for a recipe. He located it for me in another isle. I don’t think I’ve ever been asked if I need help in a grocery store. Usually, I have to hunt someone down. Then, they actually had an expediter watching the front area near the checkouts to maintain flow. She had another lane open up for a few of us. Very impressed with the individuals who work in this store!

This place deserves six stars, excellent customer service, friendly staff and everything is well organized and clean definitely my favorite Vons

Where this place shines is the deli department, specifically their incredible staff. Teresa, Renee, Alex, Freddie, Joey, and I know I'm missing a few are simply wonderful. Their customer service and willingness to help even in tuff unexpected situations such as when I came in at 6:30pm on a Friday night (arguably the busiest night for them) and asked for a rather large order. Though I was told such an order should've been called in unfortunately. That being said they helped us the best they could without comprising the stores rules or their ability to help any other customers that came after us. Now, I am a regular there, although I really do believe that they'd go to those lengths for anyone. Thanks again.

Brandy is the best! She always goes above and beyond. Honestly everyone there is exceptional and I am there almost everyday!

Clean. Large store. Fresh produce. A bit pricey for some fruit items. One of the few places that regularly has green bananas! Bakery. Meat/seafood counter. Panda Express (removed) now occupied by the store's floral dept that was previously on the opposite entrance with a much expanded selection of flowers and plants. Starbucks. Pharmacy.

It's the people who make the place. Prior to the virus and changes to how you check out, this place had staff that was very helpful and accommodating. Some were even chatty at checkout. Now (there's new staff) they are a bit more standoffish and formal with customers. Still a good place to shop though. Love the egg custard pie in the bakery.

Very clean store with a great Pharmacy. They don't always keep the shelves well-stocked but if you stop and ask someone they can usually find the items in the back. One of the nicer Vons stores in the area so I prefer to drive past our local Vons to visit this one instead.

Great place! Every time I come at 6am, a cashier is ready and waiting for people to come up, so I don't have to wait for them to see me and tell me to hold on. And to top it off they have Starbucks too!, so get two stops done in under 10 mins. Now if Panda could open at 6 then I would give them 10 stars, but not possible on here anyway, so I guess we'll just have to stick with 5 stars. :P

The people at Vons are nice. They complimented me on how easy it was for me to left up a crate of bottled water with ease. It made my partner realized how good she has it to have me around to lift heavy things for her.

Fantastic customer service! I had ordered a specific cut of meat that I needed for the grill for curbside pickup. When that cut wasn't available, Carlos from the .com department went to the meat department and worked with the butcher to find what I needed. I am so appreciative of them both going the extra mile. Thank you!

I really just went in there this time to get Panda Express. It was basically Rush Hour and there was a line, but the kitchen staff was fast and I got everything I needed very quickly. I don't know if that's really worth 5 stars, but I really can't think of any way they could have improved over the experience that I had, so there it is five stars.

Best Time to go is 10pm Its empty and safe and clean. Cashier was Stacie..she was very nice and helpful! Much appreciated through this tuff time that we are going through in our great country the big bad USA!
