I started my policy with Aspire insurance through Upgrade. The broker Paul is magnificent!!! He has always taken time and consideration to understand my needs and help me through any confusion. He was able to break my down payment up in payments and get me a monthly rate for TWO cars that I am happy and comfortable with paying.....Need insurance?? Denise helped me with great customer servicing with choosing which insurance fits best for me. One thing that i liked that she was patient with me and helped me the best way that she could and i think she did just that . She also makes sure she keeps up with her clients and that's how clients come back at the end . Very satisfied with my service .

Denise hooked it up when no others could. Coming back to California from a year overseas was a shock. Underwriting and other roadblocks that didn't exist before are now in place that delayed me getting car insurance for a period of time which was simply unacceptable to me. UpGrade and Denise were able to get me insurance same-day with only a slightly higher premium than that of the other insurance companies who wanted me to wait three weeks before even a decision was made, let alone my insurance being issued. If your'e in a pinch and need insurance fast, UpGrade is the way to go.

I had to get insurance right away because DMV sent me a letter that my registration was going to get suspended.
I called Upgrade insurance and spoke to Denisse she not only found me the lowest price in my area but she took care of the DMV suspension letter for me all I had to do is send her a copy .
