We went into NWMS to look at a car that we found on the net....pleasantly surprised by a clean, efficient looking showroom. We worked with Chad who was fun to talk to, attentive to our questions and efficient with our time. He walked us through the process of buying a lovely newish car painlessly and we left there feeling like we were well treated and that we got a deal that we were happy with. Even the L and I portion of our sales experience was pleasant and efficient. I have a background in the car biz, and my impression is that they are doing everything right at NWMS. Good job guys.

My husband & I went truck shopping for our son this weekend. We spent over 4 hours at Toyota of Seattle on Saturday looking for a used Toyota Tacoma. They were telling us they were having trouble finding financing for my son, but not to worry as they were detailing the Tacoma, getting it ready for my son.........only to be completely let down because they couldn't get my son approved for financing. So my husband & son saw Northwest Motorsport on the Internet & decided to go look & hope we would have better luck. Well, my son found the perfect Toyota Tacoma & was approved for financing! Our salesman Jake was fantastic! So nice, very knowledgable & not pushy at all. Brian the Mgr was so nice & Tyler in Finance was great. This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences & we will be buying another vehicle from Northwest Motorsport for sure!!!! Awesome service all the way around. Waited on me as I drove up from out of town. talked to Conor Cook over phone and took great care of us. Answered every question and what he wasn’t sure of he made sure to get that answered. Other employees were great to talk to all friendly. And financial person was great as well. Did what any sales person would do and offered extras but not pushy about us saying no. Overall great experience and would work with them again.

Michael and Tyler were very nice and helpful to my mom and I throughout the car buying experience. They made sure we got in the car we wanted to be in. There was an issue with my loan and Tyler worked the extra hours to get it figured out and got me an even better interest rate. He even sent a runner to drive 2 hours so I wouldn’t have to drive to sign papers. Thanks!

I went on the evening of Monday 2/24/2020 along with my 5 year old daughter and greeted by Conor Cook. He was polite, listened and even though the sun was setting he didn't once rush us. I told him we'd be back the next day and he simply handed me his card. Returned the following day, test drove the truck of my dreams while my trade-ins were being evaluated. Even through the negotiation process and the "typical" back and forth, I again never felt pressured. The whole staff was amazing to my kids and never once complained they were "all over" the showroom.

Financing time and Valerie was absolutely amazing. Since both my wife and I had high credit scores (banks were returning with slightly higher APR's) she went to battle to get us the lowest interest rate possible. Valerie and Conor, along with the managers (forgot names) we talked with simply made life as easy as it could, while having a 2 year old and 5 year old running around. Lol

Found the perfect truck after months of searching met Conor Cook at the store and he made us feel very comfortable with everything we wanted to check on the truck. We made the deal and couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the vehicle, the salesman demeanor and the financing.

Rory was professional and was understanding of our situation. He was not over pushy and knew how to approach the situation in order to help us with the price range we were wanting. He knew that I was the one needed the vehicle and did not try to get my wife out of the Jeep we already had. overall Rory made the buying experience less stressful for us.

My first experience at Northwest Motorsports was horrible. I told myself id never EVER go back. I was turning people AWAY from that place. Someone highly recommended Dino at the 500 location. I called Dino and asked for him specifically. I told him my past with the company and what I was looking for. Within hours he found the car I wanted. I ended up going in 100% prepared to walk out. I went in there with the mindset that im not getting this car im only looking to get this sales buy off my back. But once I felt Dino energy I was like ....shocked. His wife came in to visit the store and she brought his dog and I got to meet a side of Dino that wasn't a sales pitch. So I decided to have him run some numbers. He ended up getting me a better apr then my previous loan and he took my car as a trade in for way more then I expected. Im 100% a Northwest motorsports customer from here on out.
