Ordered Spinner Fit bike, received Spinner Pace. Seemed like a free upgrade at first, but now seems like they were just trying to unload defective equipment on us. Extremely noisy brake assembly. Called customer service 3 times (first time in April, last time in June) to complain about the noise. The first time technical support listened to the noise and recommended to remove a magnet, which fixed a scraping noise while pedaling, but did not address the loud brake pad noise issue. The second call Jonathon recommended a spray lubricant (Spintech® Dry Lube, cost $13 on Amazon) which we also bought and tried, but did not work. The third call, tech support recommended to bring the bike to a repair shop and pay for someone to fix our brand new bike. I explained to him that that is an unacceptable solution and then he decided to send me a new brake assembly to install it myself. I have not tried to replace the brake assembly yet. This is an unacceptable solution. Madd Dog Athletics should at least pay for the bike shop to repair my bike or replace it completely. They will not accept a return of the bike since we had it for more than a month (even though we have not been able to use it successfully even one single time).

Definitely do not recommend this company. Schwinn will at least pay for a technician to fix any problems with their new bikes.

**Update**
I was contacted by a different Customer Service representative. They agreed that I should return the defective bike. They shipped me a replacement bike that seems to work much better. The unbearable sound is gone and we can actually use the bike.

Registered for the certification Module II of Peak Level II while I was at the Mad Dogg Athletic facility in February taking Level II Module I.
6 weeks later I am told by phone that I am not signed up (although there is a $700 charge on my credit card to probe otherwise) and that the only person that can help me is unavailable but will get back to me as soon as possible. Three days later I have not been contacted.
Very unprofessional company. It seems that there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Lots of confusion??. Doesn't seem organized.

I wish there was half a star or less for such a piece of garbage company. Their bikes are total garbage, do yourself a favor and avoid anything that these people make. They are just cheap, horrible, badly-made malfunctioning bikes. Do yourself a BIG favor, avoid them and get a real bike like a Peloton with their great instructors, instead of these lame and pathetic sorry excuse for a fitness company.

They are happy to take your money but fail completely at doing their job. The only place to purchase Peak Pilates replacement parts, but the parts don't actually fit the machines of the same model, because the tech team has such loose tolerances. Sloppy work and incompetent employees make every excuse in the book.

These are selfish people who call the police to tow away cars near their building if people live in their cars, just to get another space for themselves. They would rather see someone sleep on the sidewalk if it means they don't have to spend a few more seconds looking for a spot I guess. Doesn't seem like a very cool company to me.

Would give 0 if I could. Don't bother with this terrible company
