On Store LA Abbot Kinney

Absolutely incredible experience at On Store in Venice this past weekend. I came in as I am part of a run club that is sponsored by On, and I feel so lucky I was introduced to this brand through them! Jose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped advise me on the best shoes to purchase based on my needs as I am training for a marathon. He took the time to get to know my training plan and give me some solid advice. I can’t thank him enough! He made the experience so positive without making me feel like he was trying to “sell” me - he was objective and super kind!

Took the shoes for a ride today and they were amazing! So much better than my old shoes as these had way more support, cushion, and style. The associates here are incredible and make sure you are helped to make a smart decision based on what you need the shoes for. Such a cool brand and stylish shoe options. All the cool kids wear On! And with my run club I was even able to get a sweet discount :) absolutely will be coming back!

I walked in thinking I wanted the Cloud 5s but after putting them on I wasn’t convinced they were the best shoes for my feet. Jose right away asked if I have a wider foot and recommended two shoes that I didn’t know about. One of these shoes the cloud 5 coasts I ended up loving!

Keep in mind I walked in the day before New Years Eve and the store is packed, but Jose still ensured I was taken care of and comfortable asking for different shoes or finding the right shoes for my feet 🙏🏼

Jose was super helpful getting a pair a shoes for my mom. He explained the benefits of each shoe to her and she left with the perfect pair. Hands down best costumer service in town!

Have been wearing On Cloud shoes for approximately 5 Years, bought them online and various shoe stores Recently discovered Venice location. Staff superior in everyway Paul & Jose were the best! They understood my foot issue and, and were extremely helpful with their knowledge, patience and suggestions. I now own 5 pairs

Went to the store to return some items but also wanted to try on some shoes for bed for the purpose of travel, but also to run a marathon. Brantly, One of the employees was very patient and informative, and gave great advice. He explained every type of shoe and its purpose, but never pushed, or was aggressive about purchasing.

Recently stopped by the On store on Abbot Kinney for the first time and wowww they made a believer out of me. I'm usually not the biggest fan of retail shopping IRL, but needed to try different styles/sizes, and the team there really made it a seamless experience. I was blown away by the employees who went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I never felt like they were pushy or invasive, and appreciated the patience they took in helping me throughout the experience. Everyone working there was great, but Jose helped me debate options for like an hour, and he really made the experience for me. They had a great selection in-store and I love how they designed the shoe storage— aesthetically on-point and really accessible to have the sizes stored right there in the display. The store itself is immaculate and I love that it felt like a genuine representation of the brand. I'm not one to leave reviews, but these days a good retail experience is super rare to find, so I have to give credit where it's due. I now love this brand, the shopping experience really left a positive impression on me, and I'm definitely going to make a point to shop in-store with them again. Thanks you guys!!

I have looked into footwear from the brand prior and was found overwhelmed by the selection. I came in today and it was busy, however I received remarkably in-depth and educational service by Jose! I came for a pair and almost left with three. I left with one and another being sent to my house. I cannot say enough about how detailed and careful Jose was! I will be back for more!

Came in yesterday and my guy Zack helped me out into some new Cloud 5'S. Appreciate his customer service and patience with me. I tend to be very particular about my shoes. Thanks Again!

Jose helped my daughter, a nurse, with the perfect selection. He literally pulled out 10 different models and let her try them all, and tailored the shoes to her needs, fit, and feel. Extraordinary unsurpassed service!!!!

The store it's really cool.
I don't like that you can only try the black color they have in there, also I thought that since is the official store they will have everything available and they don't, they don't have all the numbers.
The cloudmonster's are the best !!! Really comfortable.

I was having trouble finding the exact right pair of ONs for the workouts I do (running, cross training, lifting). Went into the store today and they were accommodating. The store manager wanted me “to be happy with a pair of ONs that work for me”. Very pleasant store experience! Shout out to the store manager for the help.

On Store LA Abbot Kinney is a vibe! I really like the shoe display and how the shoes are organized by type. I was helped out by Brantly. He was extremely knowledgeable of what the brand offers and was able to get me into a couple different shoes. I went with one of the trail running models, and I can’t wait to try them out! 10/10 customer service, 10/10 aesthetic. I’m looking forward to going back to get another pair of shoes for the workplace. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Brantly!

I don’t usually leave reviews about places but this place was 🔥 I’ve been in LA for a few years now so I can tell good people from not. I was looking for shoes for my brother’s birthday and i met their manager, Brantly. He was first class, and helped me through every step of the process. His service and personality was everything above and beyond. I was seriously impressed at the level of service and how much everyone cared. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
