Nati Boutique Venice

The lovely ladies that work in this store are the real stars! They make you feel so special as soon as you walk into the store that you are compelled to indulge in some retail therapy ☺. The boutique has cute pieces and timeless styles and caters to variable sizes!

Amazing customer service. Rebecca at the Venice bch store is fantastic at styling and very helpful. The owner Nati is awesome too and curates a store full of wonderful pieces at reasonable prices. On vacay from Chicago and can't wait to visit them again! Check them out.

The nicest group of girls work there. They worked together so nicely to help my daughter find clothes. We went in there for a shirt and left there with eight items.

Want to give a shout out to Adair and Hanna at Nati. I was into the store a couple of weeks ago from the East Coast and tried on a sweater that I really liked but did not purchase. When I got back home I realized this sweater would really work for me so I called the store and asked them to see if they could find it. I didn't know the brand -- only a general description of shape and color. Adair really looked around for me and sent multiple pictures. She finally found the sweater I wanted in black but not the color I wanted. She continued to keep an eye out. Today, 3 weeks later she let me know she had found the sweater in my color. She told me to call the store and who to speak to and I now have purchased the sweater and its going to be sent. This is what I call first class service! Very pleased and grateful for all this assistance. Thanks Nati! and your great staff.

This is a favorite place to shop when in LA. I love their linen shirts and neutral color sweaters. The women working there remember me and help me find outfits. They’re upbeat, creative and Adair is super patient with me and other customers.

The best. Their clerks, especially Nati will make you feel like you have a personal stylist/ personal shopper. Staff is so helpful, they let you try on almost everything. They curate clothes that are super in line with the trend at an affordable price. The clothing quality can be varying, but it’s pretty mid to low priced so doesn’t bother me too much. Try it out!

I loved your store. It’s the first time I’ve been there. I was taking a walk with my husband when I saw your store front.The first thing we noticed was the beautiful mural with the strongest most successful women! I rarely find clothing that fits so I was excited to find sweaters that fit perfectly! The sales help was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful and accommodating Alyssa was. And the prices were fairly reasonable.

THE BEST!!!!!! Nati employees consistently go above and beyond for me, never seen better customer service. Their jeans are the most comfortable pair I've ever owned and the Nati tanks are my favorite.

I come to Nati every time I come to LA, sometimes even intentionally to shop here. The staff is delightful and so helpful. The clothes are terrific made of the best and softest materials. Good prices. A must stop on Abbott Kinney!! Oh wow and not to forget that strong message about great women who continue to make a difference painted as a beautiful mural on the wall! Love Nati!

Great store, too man homeless people around killing the experience though. Too bad our worthless politicians can’t help out our struggling retail in Venice because of the homeless. Vote Mike Bonin out of office and get someone that truly cares about Venice!
