AT&T Store

We had the best experience with Joel. He was very knowledgeable about the phones, very patient and took care of us extremely well, helping with everything from my son's phone to pairing his Apple Watch to finding the best pricing for covers and accessories. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Joel. He was more knowledgeable than the so-called "geniuses" at the Apple Store.

I dread going to the AT&T store because I know I'm going to end up there all day. But our advisor, Marina, was just so amazing! She made our experience easy and straightforward.

The reason for my visit was to get a new phone for my daughter. They of course didn't have the phone in stock and so I had to order it which was going to be like almost a month until I would get it. However, Marina said that sometimes it can be much sooner, it just really depends on many factors. That made me feel better and she was right! I actually received the phone the following week.

During our visit, Marina was very patient with both my hubby and me and helped us transfer data from one phone to the other. Hubby also ended up buying a new phone and some accessories.

Thank you Marina for helping us and we only want to work with you in the future!

Chris is an awesome representative! He is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! He helped me upgrade my phone on 2 occasions. I was so happy with the ease and quickness with the service. Highly recommend going to this location.

I am a pretty stubborn old dog. An old dog that is very weary of anything that has to do with technology. Kyle at the AT&T on Sepulveda just might have converted me to the ‘dark side’?!? I was in a pretty rough spot and needed a phone ASAP!!! Kyle was the perfect combination of courtesy and competence! You’re lucky to have him!

Thai is the greatest store representative! He goes above and beyond the normal above and beyond to get issues resolved all with care and laughter. He is a delight to work with on managing all things AT&T!

Darrian and Brian were awesome. Great conversations and they completely solved all of my issues and them some!

The wait was too long & unfortunately you can't make appointment anymore. But Joel was very knowledgeable & friendly as he explained my monthly bill in details which can be confusing & updated my plan. He also changed the screen proaction which was under warranty.

We had Anthony assist us with new phones, accessories, and some billing issues. He helped us choose the ideal phones, recommended the right accessories for what how we planned to use our phones, and clarified our billing. He is top notch and knowledgeable in so many areas. We are so grateful he was very patient and responsive to our needs during our time in the store. It was like having one's own private consultant on our tech issues. We came out totally beyond satisfied with our interactions with Anthony.

I was there with a friend that needed a technician to help change pass code!!! His name is Bryan, got the job done!!!

Stacy greeted me upon arrival and assisted me with purchasing and setting up my new phone. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and her customer service is top notch. They had a great selection of cases and accessories to choose from. The store is spacious and has ample parking set aside for customers as well. If you’re looking for a new device stop in. Everyone at the store is great.

Came in with a very specific and complicated problem around my phone order another ATT store had done and customer care couldn’t help with. Dorian was awesome, patient, and guided me through the process step by step even though it took almost 2 hours to figure out. We went through all possibilities to fix the issue and he went above and beyond to make it a smooth process. Everyone in store was kind and patient, from the floor manager to the other employees, despite being short staffed. Super grateful!

Had a very nice experience here. I needed to open a new account and trade in my phone, and Marina was extremely helpful. She did everything from opening the account to offering to put the screen protector on my new iPhone. She was professional and patient while my phone took a while to transfer the data. I really appreciate the staff and Marina for making this transfer easy.

Had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Dorian. Came in primarily to switch over a phone line from another provider, and ended up excitedly taking advantage of several ongoing promotions, excited about the new Apple Watch!
When we found the phone was looking for wasn't in stock with the right amount of memory, Dorian looked at stock here and every location and warehouse nearby, showed me my options, and helped me get the same deal on a better phone with the amount of memory I was looking for.
Dorian also helped us overcome some complications with my old cell provider, who after a merger has a confusing desktop web app experience, and was extremely patient and positive helping us through it.

Very kind and patient customer service, more helpful than I was expecting, promoting good deals.

My 7+ Iphone had seen better days and needed to upgrade to the 13. Anthony was the most patient and knowledgeable representative and made the whole experience non overwhelming and fun.
He explained all my options and helped me find the best deal for me. Couldn’t recommend any store or rep higher for taking care of your upgrade. Plus $350.00 trade in!
