I just came in to buy two hard drives and immediately was greeted by one of the employees named “Sir Andrew.” No joke, easily the best customer service I’ve experienced in forever.

Sir Andrew was super nice… literally walked me over to the product I came to buy… described them and the difference and where the value was… and then walked me over to a checkout counter and rang me up… all with positive energy and total efficiency.

It was like I was at the Ritz Carlton. Incredible experience. Thank you, Sir Andrew.

The staff is friendly. The store is spacious and offers a wide range of products: PCs, phones, game relevance, TVs, etc. The parking lot is relatively large.

This store is relatively busy during the weekend/holidays, so it’s better to order online ahead and then stop by here during weekdays/less busy time.

I am always able to get what I need here for my work. I have purchased a refrigerator, ipad, ring cameras, printers, cables. I love being able to walk in a store an buy what I need same day.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who directed me to the electronics section where I was interested in purchasing a new laptop. The sales associate, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the different models and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs and budget. What impressed me most was how they took the time to explain the various specifications and even gave me a hands-on demonstration. The store was clean, well-organized, and had ample stock of the items I was interested in. Checkout was a breeze, and they even offered to help me set up my new laptop at their Geek Squad station. Overall, I had a wonderful shopping experience and will definitely return to this specific Best Buy location for future electronics needs.

The eventual outcome was wonderful, however, my intial contact with Yvonne was less than acceptable. She lacked empathy, understanding and was all too proud to tell me no. Without emotion, she stood her ground as a manager based on the basic principle she could. As i walked away she was laughing at my situation. In essence she won the battle at the cost of a customer. Managing isn't about policy and standing your ground. Anyone can do that, anyone. The best managers weigh each situation based on circumstances. Yvonne failed miserably.

Yesterday on Saturday on Saturday February 3rd, I was greeted by an employee named Sir Andrew. Andrew was so nice and helped me find my two items within two minutes.

Like this store because of nice stuff and good choices of products. If I need something immediately this is right place to go. I already bought TV and computer over there. Had nice deals and even got gift cart for $100. Staff always polite and ready to help even if you have thousands question.

Sir Andrew was so helpful and very nice and respectful he helped us by a mini fridge and was super helpful and nice he made college dorm shopping so easy for me and my sister

The Geek squad here is very helpful and fixed my pc that was broken, every member I spoke to was very kind and helpful, if your their manager give them a pat on the back they are very good dudes. Thanks boys🫡

Matches with its spectacular price as the rooms are very comfy and the Vegas view is enourmous from 33th floor..
Casino section is also a must to give it a try !

Wanted new AirPods today, took literally 20 minutes from my couch and back. I have the BestBuy total tech so I get Apple care for free. Easy peasy and the crew at this store are super friendly and helpful.
