Party City

A huge store with tons and tons of everything for parties! Well organized and with a good size parking lot. It is next door from a long term parking lot - leave your cars there and go party overnight 🤣🙂 The store has friendly staff, ready to help. I like themed sections - everything AVENGERS next to everything PIKACHU next to everything STAR WARS...

The staff was super helpful and it was quick to get balloons for my friends birthday last minute. 1 issue is that the balloons were tied tightly for one number balloon and it flew away but the staff were nice to replace it with no issues

They have so many cool party supplies. They also may be the only ones still selling helium balloons these days.

Wow they have many selection, they are very polite. They only had one cashier I wish they had more. But patience is key.

They are funny, warm and a little quirky there, and I like them! We always get something really cool at this store! The employees are crazy knowledgeable about their inventory. It’s an easy, fun experience!

I don't have kids, nor am I throwing a party, and still this store had what I needed. This is a testament to just how crazy random their inventory is! Their customer service is very good, and everything they said online they would have in-store, they truly did. They have parking.

Well stocked. Lots of options for Halloween costumes on this visit for adult costumes. Half the store is filled with Halloween costumes. The prices are reasonable on some items too. Some of the staff were not all familiar with where the items are located, but it was fine for us to go up and down the aisles to find what we needed. Overall, it was a fun experience.

Both the staff here and the one in Culver city were very helpful in finding me decorations for my daughter's birthday. I appreciated the little extra bit of effort that they put in to making sure I left satisfied

The hottest destination in Los Angeles is party city!!!! This store has everything! Party favors, balloons, decorations, costumes, jolly ranchers (that's that thing where fruity men wear small glitter cowboy hats). I've heard they even have that hard to find but must have party favor, helium. Make your way or you'll find yourself saying "Mylar???"

I have been to a number of Party City stores and I find them all to be well-stocked and attractively merchandised. What sets this one apart for me is the customer service. The employee who was near the front entrance of the store was working on a display, but he stopped and greeted each customer that entered and thanked each one that left, purchase or not. I also noticed another employee taking his time and really helping a customer,giving her suggestions and feedback. Lots of stores limit their customer service to just pointing or giving yes or no answers, so it was refreshing to see employees really engaging customers and seeming enthusiastic about their store and their work. Sometimes it is nice to be reminded of the benefits of " Brick and Mortar" over simply "Pointing and Clicking." Good work Guys!

Quiet, clean, staff were chill

Good displays and FULL selection (not enough designed table cloths as I'd like. Great staff, Anna was attentive and a huge help! I shop there for office parties and now we get a discount for signing up as a company.

Great selection of supplies, they have anything you can and cannot imagine!! Ordered two balloons online, picked up at store! Went great!! They had my order ready on time, applied my online discount! And the people who helped me there were just incredibly polite!

The price point is much higher than I can find online, but I don't go to Party City to pay less...I go to take the kids up and down the aisles while looking through all the different party theme options and costumes. I go to buy those last minute party supplies. I go to get everything without having to dig around online for things to fill goodie bags.

The shelves are always well kept when I come here. The staff keeps up with reshelving the items that were moved to the wrong home by some little (or some times grown up) fingers. You can always find parking and you can get in and out quickly.

Seasonally and on weekends, the line can get a bit long. They do staff up the registers 5 or 6 deep during peak holiday season (eg. As Halloween approaches), though, which helps.

Love the variety of items to choose from and Excellent Customer Service from the staff who work there.

They didn't have our order ready but the manager/store employee jumped into action found what I needed and made things happen. They even gave me a discount for the mistake. Awesome staff.
