We used L & B Travel for our honeymoon to Italy (Rome, Amalfi, Florence and Venice) in January 2024. After months of wedding planning, we did not want to handle any of the travel logistics for our wedding. This is when we turned to L&B. We gave our budget and Hannah booked all of our hotels (4 different cities) and transportation (international flights and cross-country trains). They even gave multiple itineraries for us to choose from both under budget! Hannah even took into consideration location preference, breakfast options, and vibe. All of our hotels were absolutely amazing and centrally located, and using L & B travel really made our whole experience that much more seamless and memorable, allowing us to focus on enjoying our honeymoon.

We had been saving up for a "Trip of a Lifetime". I found Sebastian at L&B Travel. And boy did he deliver. Not only did he save us a fortune. He found us the best places to stay and the best flights possible. I am a nervous traveller and wanted everything perfect , He was so patient and understanding. Answered all my questions, with kindness. I can not say enough good things about Sebastian. Thanks so so much.

This was our second trip with L&B, this time to Europe. Hannah took care of everything, cheerfully and helpfully. We had seven family members all wanting something different at various points during our trip and Hannah managed it all! I felt so bad during the planning process because a couple of members of our group kept changing their minds, but Hannah was always gracious and helpful. Travel is expensive these days, but she was able to get us the flights we wanted and some very nice hotels. It was a great experience, and when we travel again, I will be going back to Hannah (if she will have us, haha!).

My wife and I worked with Hannah who booked our trip to Italy. We had an amazing time. Everything was perfect, especially the level of detail in the master plan that she put together for us. We had a small hiccup with our airline that turned out to be nothing, but she was available and helped confirm our flight. We will definitely use Hannah / L&B Travel in the future and have already recommended her to friends of ours.

This team put together an AMAZING trip for us through South East Asia. We visited Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand and it was absolutely the trip of a lifetime. Svetlana and Seb were so easy to work with. Every aspect of our trip went smoothly. Every transfer, all arrivals, everything. Every hotel knew when we were coming, had special amenities prepared for us and the way the team worked with us made us feel well at ease knowing our intricate arrangements were all properly thought-out and reconfirmed. We even made several changes to our trip mid-trip and the team worked those in effortlessly (at least effortless for us!). I would absolutely recommend them for an intricate trip that requires a lot of planning and forethought. We couldn’t have done a trip this complicated without them. Thank you guys!

We could not be happier for the services L&B Travel provided for us, especially, Sebastian. They helped us book our airfare and hotels for our Southeast Asia trip, unfortunately, due to the pandemic we had to cancel. Thanks to Sebastian and his team’s hard work they managed to get us full refunds even when it seemed like we were only going to get a partial refund. In addition, we are thankful for his recommendation to purchase travel insurance which helped us get a full refund on some of the flights that otherwise would not have been eligible for one based on the airlines criteria. Recently, I needed to book a complicated itinerary for two people to go to Tahiti, with very specific requirements for both the air travel and the hotel accommodations. In addition, the trip had lots of moving parts with ferry connections and inter-island air travel.

After days of trying to make the reservations myself, I gave up in frustration and turned over the problem to the friendly and capable staff at L & B Travel.

I thought it might be days before I heard from them, but the next day I had an itinerary which was very close to what I wanted. Their excellent team made several suggestions that showed they absolutely knew their way around Tahiti, and their suggestions actually improved the overall itinerary. One day later, it was all arranged. I then had several days in which to think over the arrangements before purchasing, which is a luxury not available when booking for oneself online.

Working with Svetlana, Sunny, and Sebastian, was an extraordinary pleasure. They went above and beyond to arrange a perfect trip. I am very happy to have found them and will never book my own travel again!

Our honeymoon (2020) in French Polynesia was delayed for 2 years (thank you, Covid) and every time we tried to reschedule, L & B went all out, on our behalf. When we FINALLY got to go ( thank you, Covid), we were amazed at how utterly seamless and smoothly everything went! They are our new go-to agency for ANY and ALL future travels, even domestic!

Planning a trip for your honeymoon is difficult as is. I can say with certainty that it definitely became easier with help from Svetlana and Sebastian.

Finding ways to get refunds for your flights and hotels due to the COVID-19 pandemic is an even harder endeavor. It is nearly impossible to get on the phone with a merchant at this time. I was faced with sadness and stress in trying to determine new dates and/or seeking compensation for my non-refundable purchases. Svetlana and Sebastian helped streamline this process and took care of me. I can say with confidence that they put my needs above all else. Thus far, I have received a full refund for both my fiance and I's tickets for our international flights. I have confidence the L&B Travel team will be successful in attaining funds for my other purchases as well.

I understand it can be tempting to try to seek funds by disputing charges with a credit card. I would advise against it if you have Svetlana in your corner. She will fight for you better than any credit card agency advisor would. When going through this process like I am, take a deep breathe, and let Svetlana and her team work their magic. If there is any remedy to your non-refundable purchase, Svetlana will find it.

Thank you for helping my sister book a one way ticket from Tbilisi, Georgia to D.C. and saving her hundreds of dollars in the process! She had a slightly complicated trip and I was very happy to hear that L & B Travel came through for her as they have done for me. I needed a great vacation overseas through a travel agency, so I wouldn't have to deal with it myself and screw it up a hundred ways. Cue the song "Moon River" from Breakfast At Tiffany's and Audrey Hepburn smiling (that would be my wife's expression after this trip). Ask for Sebastian - he's truly Mr. A++

This is a great travel agency, Peter is just great and very friendly, he prepared amazing trips to Iceland and Cancun, he's very attentive and always will answer all the questions you might have to be sure you've an awesome experience with very good prices which is something to really appreciate. This agency has other agents and I'm sure they're great as well, after not a good experience with another different travel agency, I can honestly say that I found the best agency, so give it a chance you'll not regret it!.

My husband and I had a DIFFICULT trip to plan to Europe. We had to take different flights home to be in different places (illinois and los angeles), fly into france, then ireland and out of ireland. When I started looking at this myself it was SO expensive I couldn't believe it. I quickly came on here and saw the reviews and called for a quote. I was surprised how inexpensive it was using a travel agent to book flights and I was secretly worried they couldn't do much better then me as far as financially, but at least they could take care of the info for me.
It ended up saving us around $1000 based off of what we could do on our end! Unbelievable! They also helped us with all the info we needed to travel over seas for the first time, car rental and answered my many questions promptly. We don't travel much, but the next time we do I will no longer waste precious time trying to figure anything out myself. L&B Travel will be the first call I make!

I needed a one way ticket from West coast to East coast. I Gave L&B Travel all my information. They responded within 24 hours and notified me that I hadn’t redeemed some frequent flier miles I was unaware of. Result: super cheap airfare with a business class upgrade to boot!
