Best circuit/HITT training in town, good variety of different exercises on different days and within the same workout. I like how I can do each workout on my own at my pace while getting to experience up to 24 different types of workout in one class. I have been going to these classes for 9 months and not getting sick of them as classes varies day to day. Instructors are very nice, knowledgable, and helpful. My favorite is Nichola, she cares without being overbearing and is consistent, and friendly. Music is awesome and huge plus!

Beautiful, clean open space with a beautiful cross breeze in this SoCal weather. The trainers’ energies really make a difference, and if you can bring a friend (or a few) it makes it way more fun - who doesn’t love trauma bonding! We are spoiled right now by the smaller class sizes, but I’m sure word will get out soon so get your spot now!

Great place to workout! All the trainers are awesome and there to help you throughout the entire class. The gym is very clean and they provide towels for your workout. I have 3 kids and this is exactly what I need for the midday boost of energy! I’m so happy I signed up!

I have never done this type of training before. It challenges me to push myself with each set. The trainer also encouraged me to challenge myself and I like that. A little push goes a long way. Others in the class are also encouraging and helpful. One of the guys helped me to keep up with what’s next. He said just follow me. Another guy wanted to help me off the floor when we were done 😁I’m looking forward to becoming my best physical self. Thank you

Today was my first class of the 21 day transformation program. I’ve been to similar gyms before and I love this format. Todays class was a mixture of different types of workouts in stations that form a big circuit. It’s a great workout and my favorite thing about it is that the time passes quickly, and I never felt like I was watching the clock waiting for it to end. So far so good!

Love Double Ops! Great workout programs. Helping me get back into my pre pandemic shape! I love the people that workout there. The energy is good. The trainers motivating and professional. I only had good experiences there. Don’t know what that Caroline persons problem is. Time to grow up and learn to cope with diverse political views. That’s not what makes a workout program good or bad.

I am so grateful to Darrell and the team at Double OPS Encino for getting me excited about working out again! I have been trying to convince myself to get back into a regular exercise routine for almost 7 YEARS! And luckily Instagram told me about this wild 21-day-free trial that I just had to check out. First I met with Darrell, the owner, who showed me around the studio before I decided to officially sign up for the trial. The next day I went to my first class and was so sore and so hooked. It was the first time in years I'd really wanted to keep returning to an exercise class, and I think a lot of that had to do with the coaches (I worked with Ori, Katie, and Matthew). The coaches were so great about guiding and also making sure you're pushing yourself (I'd often get my 5lb weight replaced with a 7.5lb), but not too hard (There was one time my 7.5lb weight was replaced with a 5lb weight, and that was exactly what I needed for that specific exercise)! I had also never done HIIT before, and every coach was very helpful and patient with leading me through an exercise that I forgot or didn't quite grasp. Whether there was 3 people or 16 people in a class I always felt like I was being closely monitored and supported. Also the exercises were constantly changing and just fun. The weekly schedule had a great mix of strength heavy, cardio heavy, and strength/cardio balanced days too! The pricing is also incredibly fair - I think. If I hadn't spent all of my money on a big vacation a month ago I'd be signing up for a membership today! It's just really good vibes there, and I hope to come back soon.

I love my instructor Erin how patient she is as I’m learning the stations and making sure my form is correct when doing the exercises and the energy she brings, it gets me motivated to have a good workout.

Double ops cross training is the best workout I have experienced especially for a person who have been in a gym constantly.

Saturday’s dopamine class with Chris Anthony was super challenging but Chris is such a great motivator and traineer!! He has great energy and works throughout the class to make sure you are using good form! Best instructor ! Thx Chris!!

Love the idea and the process! I’d lost some weight😬
I found this gym on Instagram ads and they offered a 14 days challenge for free. First of all I was surprised that you’re really paying nothing for this🤯 then the training process could be a bit weird for you when you’re starting: as there’re many stations with equipment and everyone are doing different exercises and then you switch. But when you’re getting used to it - it’s so much fun!
The training is really intensive, so if you’re not skipping classes you’re 100% will loose weight and build muscles🤟

Double Ops is a great work out facility. The staff is on point and knows their field. I attend 3-5 am/pm classes per week. The staff loves their clients. My favorite part about the gym is how clean and organized it is...there is never a weight or kettle bell out of place. The workout stations are great HIIT workouts without compromising weight lifting if you prefer more weight in your workouts. I'm exhausted when I leave. Strongly recommend.
