It's so fun being able to just put the food in the cart and then get automatically charged when you push the cart out without checking out. The pizza is very good. Giant place although the shelves are not very full.

Great price for an 8.5 lb spiral cut ham! It's always clean and not very crowded mid day. The staff is friendly.

It’s good. Came in for quick lunch, they have tables there to sit, very convenient and clean. Will definitely continue shopping at this store. Only thing I ask is, if the lines get long please open another register to have smooth transactions. Overall solid Amazon Fresh!

This Amazon Fresh in Encino, CA is the best with some higher Technologies Solutions implemented. I like the most is its latte or cappuccino specialty coffee machine that produces some specify coffees at a great price with a very good tasting.

Note 1: I went to the Amazon Fresh Porter Ranch a few times, but were disappointed because the specialty coffees machine there was either broken for a few months or only could only serve a regular coffee, no cappuccino latte. Talked to the store supervisor and learn that's normal now.

Note 2: The Kimpton chain Hotels in Beverly Hills, CA are all using the same brand coffee, but at three times higher price tag.

This was a very interesting experience the store was immaculately clean everyone was very helpful The prices were mostly normal for your everyday items we are everyday items the pizza was very good and a great price for a whole pizza

In the beginning I was very speculative about Amazon being a real grocery store with a hot bar but once I tried it, I never stopped going back. The parking lot of perfect and of a great sized go always find quick and easy parking once you arrive. I recommend making an Amazon prime account and connecting your credit card to shop with by opening the app and clicking in store app. This enables you to receive reduced prices that regular customers wouldn’t have access to through the store. Furthermore the prices are cheaper than most grocery stores and their hot bar is amazing. I love the pizza slices that are so reasonable prices as they are cooked well underneath with a thin crust but perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The sushi is also made fresh daily and my go to favorite is always the salmon avocado with spicy sauce on top. Quality food, quality prices and quality employees. Also, the hot bar and pizzas come out 11am on the dot every morning right before lunch so do not go earlier than that expecting those foods. Sushi however is there from early morning and you can have a sushi chef make you whatever you want if you don’t like the options available.

Very friendly and helpful service. Prices are good. Love the lady in the sushi place. The guy that restocking the meat also very nice and helpful.

Love this. Scan phone when i arrive. I put groceries in my shopping bag as I walk the aisles, then I scan out with my phone. Such an easy experience. Wish they had more of these.

Is a good grocery store. I only come to this location while running errands in this area. Has the usual items, areas, and products as other locations. Happiness 😊

Great fresh pizza slices. The store looks inviting. When I get to Encino again I will visit the store. I reside in San Pedro. Actually, I have visited many times since my initial time there. Still getting their pizza slices and fresh fruit.❤🌈

Where do I start with this store? First off THE BEST Amazon store! Prices are better than whole foods and even Trader Joe’s! Whole veggie pizza for $9.99 can not beat that! Moreover, great customer service and deals. I am so happy I came here thanks to my friend. When you’re older and set on your ways it is very difficult to try new places to buy groceries.

My wife and I just go here when we are starving and in the neighborhood. We enjoy the pizza, which is surprisingly cheap $9.99. It is very spacious and the aisles are wide with few customers.

Great store with wide aisles and plenty of selection. The fresh pizza slices or whole pie is excellent, and less than $2 a large slice and whole pie is less than $10.

The Amazon Happy Belly brand provides many items at low prices for instance 32 oz Greek yogurt is at least two dollars less than the Chobani and iFage equivalent.
The prices overall are very reasonable and many items there are cheaper and even much cheaper than other stores.
Frequently there are two for one and half price specials. Watch for mailers of coupons in your mailbox that give you substantial discounts on individual items and your whole shopping cart for instance $20 off if you buy $50 in groceries.

Prices and varieties are much better for the members now than when they first opened Great remodel

Pretty cool concept. You scan your Amazon prime membership when you enter into the store, walk around shop throw whatever you want in the cart bag it while you're going because they charge you as you're going. As you're leaving you scan your app on the way out and walk out the door your card will automatically be billed. Pretty cool

Love this store! The system allows for a no checkout experience that is truly revolutionary to the shopping experience! Has everything you would want from a normal grocery store. So convenient and honestly a relaxing atmosphere.
