Sole Perfection Shoes

Could not be happier with my experience at this store. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to see if my shoes and insoles actually made a difference. And what a return on my investment. I am 33 years old, I work 10 hour shifts (mostly on my feet the entire time) and I was starting to develop plantar's fasciitis. Because it was just starting to creep up, I wanted to see if lifestyle changes might fix my pain before I go spending hundreds of dollars on custom orthotics and podiatrist appointments. The ladies at this store immediately greeted me and treated me like a queen. I was actually taken aback a little because I've never received such great customer service at a shoe store. They were also very knowledgeable about the features of each shoe that I tried. I came away with Hoka shoes for work, special inserts for better arch support, and some Vionic slippers to wear around the house - because I am a busy mom and foot health matters to me at home too. These Hoka shoes must be popular because I saw several women come and go to buy some while I was deciding which shoe worked for me. I did spend a little over $300 after tax out the door, but still less than those custom orthotics would've cost me - and I must say it's been a difference of NIGHT AND DAY with my pain. It's nearly vanished! I will absolutely be returning to this store in the future and I am so grateful for all of their assistance! The woman who helped me even took the time to teach me a few different ways to tie my laces to maximize comfort. I wish I could remember her name, but unfortunately mom brain strikes again. I will never forget the experience though, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in a similar situation. Worth every single penny!

Great shoes for tired feet. Staff are helpful when it comes to suggesting the right shoe for your need. The HOKA shoes aren't cheap, but they seem to be worth it. They work great for me. I'm on my feet all day at work so I needed a lot of cushion and arch support for my high in step.

Sonya is the best! She went above and beyond in assisting me! She helped me navigate the Brooks website, recommended a dog groomer and I love my shoes! She is very knowledgeable.

This is my favorite place to get shoes. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you pick the right shoe for your feet. My only complaint is the availability of my size. About 50/50.

I had the pleasure of meeting Roz here. She helped find perfect insoles and supportive shoes. It was a delight to interact with her! She called me a couple weeks later and I happened to be sick at the time. I was so touched when I received a "get well soon" card in my mailbox a few days later, with a sweet, handwritten note from her!! What a wonderful lady!!

They stock a variety of top-quality shoes. If your feet don't feel good, neither do you! You're worth the investment

Staff was knowledgable and friendly. I told the person helping me what issues I was having with my feet, and she measured my foot and offered suggestions based on my foot size and symptoms. She took her time, never made me feel rushed as I asked my questions and I walked out with the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I am so happy with the experience and my new shoes!

Good selection of shoes for people with foot problems. If your doctor sends you, you are given a 15% discount off your first purchase. I found sneakers with a fitness tracker that counts your steps built in. Never saw anything like them in other shoe stores. I was unable to find a comfortable dress shoe, but the casual shoe selection is good. Had to wait for service, not a help yourself store but the wait was tolerable.

The staff are always very helpful, and they make sure the shoe fits perfect. I have high arches, and the shoes at this store provide great support. I no longer have foot and back pain while walking.

Cheri was awesome. She spent an hour with me on my search for a good shoe. I ended up not buying any shoes that day, but she wrote down the shoes I liked for future reference. The store has a great selection of high quality shoes and foot care, but it was a little more than my budget allowed.

More comfortable shoes than any other shoe store for wide, HIGH, arches, forefoot pain from fat pad loss. Atrex shoes usually work well but they need more wide sizes in heels.

Even though I arrived about 25 minutes before closing time, Cheri was extremely patient with me. I have feet that are very difficult to fit. In spite of the fact that she was helping 3 customers simultaneously she stuck with it and found a great pair of shoes for me. I will definitely return to this store !!!!!

Sole Perfection is my go to shoe store. They really listen to your feet problems and your needs. I always ask for Diane. She really cares and takes a great amount of time to get you the right shoe. I am never disappointed.

This place was recommended to me by my podiatrist. As soon as I walked into the store an employee greeted me and was able to answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes and I'm very pleased with my decisions.

Today I visited your store for the first time and I had a wonderful sales associate that helped me, her name was Cherry.
She was beyond excellent in her knowledge of products and ability to help customers locate the right shoe.

They have a large selection of shoes and insoles. Some of the associates are friendlier than others. Not open on Sunday or Monday.

I was told to go to Sole Perfection by my podiatrist to get insoles and new shoes that would be better for my foot problems. Every time I've been there they've been extremely nice and knowledgeable. I've had awesome experiences there and I'm definitely going to be going back!
