Every time I come here I always get great service. The most recent trip to the Tacoma location was exceptional thanks to Kathy. I brought my friend and home care client with me to find some new shoes and Kathy went above and beyond helping them find a good pair of shoes that fit nicely. Kathy was very patient and understanding. Her efforts were greatly appreciated!

I think this is a great place to find good shoes. You will find a lot of options, different shapes, colors, and sizes. The staff is very nice and friendly, always checking and trying to help. I bought a pair of shoes for all my family members (one for each), and everyone was happy with the shoes. I recommend this place for sure.

It's a Sketchers outlet... They have a decent selection of closeout shoes/boots/sandals. They even have Skecher skate-shoes?? Which I didn't even know that was a thing. Literally, a Sketchers shoe with wheels. Like Heelys cracked-out version or something.

I just met the most amazing sales guy at this place. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but he patiently walked me through different styles of shoes until I finally found what worked for me. I love this place! For me these shoes are exceptionally comfortable! Being between a size 10 and 11 in womens I always find nicely made and comfortable shoes in their clearance section. Frequently I find shoes that were originally 60 to 70 dollars for twenty dollars or less!👍😁 Always find a great deal without exception. The service staff are always kind and very helpful. My go to for sneakers! Saw the Arch Fit new option and had to try them. Great again!

Went for work shoes with support and non skid soles. Had a special on two pair!! Bought my second! Water proof hiking boots. Skechers comfort and hikers for rainy Juneau

this place is always having sales and I don't mean the constant buy one get one 50% off sale but I mean you can walk through here and find shoes that are already marked down and get a sale on that if you wanted to period I just got the most adorable boots from here that look just like ugg boots. I have to say that I am impressed by the selection of shoes every time I come in there are new things to choose from and I live very close to this place so I often visit. Not only that, the staff is always really friendly and helpful here. I've never had a bad experience and I've always been welcomed with a smile and a hello and can we help you.

Great place to get shoes for the whole family. We got our kids 2 pairs each, I got 2 pairs, and my wife got a pair. Seven pairs of shoes for $220 after tax is pretty good these days. Be sure to check the clearance section. There's always good deals to be found in the clearance racks.

They have a pretty good selection of shoes, and usual deals you'd expect from an outlet store. I'm a size 10 1/2 in men's and usually find a good deal in the bargain section. Usually though, I buy nonslip work shoes there, which usually run $45-$60 for the kitchen style shoes I wear. The employees have all been very helpful when I've gone in. Overall it's a clean store well stocked with shoes for everyone.

Huge variety of styles. And of the 8 shoes I looked at, only one didn't have my size (men's 11) in the color I wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful even though the store was busy. And finally, it's an outlet, so great prices.

Always a pleasant experience staff is kind but not pushy. Prices are higher than I like for shoes but they last for a year or more so worth it. My preferred place for feet protectors
