Please note that this facility is only urgent care after 5pm.
I took a family there seeking urgent care. The staff were professional and courteous. They did not accept the person’s insurance, but the UCLA staff attempted to redirect us to a facility that does. I appreciate their efforts. My only regret is that they were unable to provide care for my family member.

Came in for a Tick bite I had while hiking the previous day. Front desk staff were great as was the nurse that take care of me. Saw a Doc pretty quick and was in/out a total of maybe 45min.

The receptionists have always been very kind and friendly whenever my family and I visit. The parking sucks but that’s what you get in Santa Monica. So try to put atleast 30 min prior to your appointment to look for street parking. Overall, very clean facility, knowledgeable staff.

This is a great medical experience. Dr. Ray Goshtaseb was recommended by my family doctor. He is an excellent nephrologist. His medical skills are superb, experienced and knowledgeable. He is very friendly, kind and patient. Dr. Ray Goshtaseb formulated an economical and reasonable diagnosis and examination plan for me. I am very grateful for his care and help to me. I am very touched!

Thanks to Dr. Ray Goshtaseb and the front desk staff and nurses of the UCLA medical center for their warm and thoughtful service!

The reception staff has been extremely friendly and respectful.
I go here for the gender services and I've never been treated more respectfully by a doctor in my whole life.

Dedicate at least 4 hours here :)

UCLA this branch in 16th street Santa Monica is huge. They have good facilities and the staffs are dedicated to give their best.

Unfortunately, because we visited the Urgent Care, the wait time was the worst. Well, at least we know what we are dealing with, we can get treated and get back again to our feet

Walk-in urgent care is available here, but ONLY after the normal business hours for this medical office. Urgent Care = 5pm–9pm on weekdays, and 9am–5pm on weekends. (Otherwise it's by appointment only.) And there's no sign or directory notice that says "Immediate Care" or "Urgent Care." I had to call in order to get this confusing set-up explained to me.

This Office location I feel based on my initial visit with Dr. E Curcio deserves a 5 + 🌟 rating as the experience from beginning to end was one of a warm, friendly & understanding environment.very efficient & i felt like I had a good Dr in a more convenient location if needed in the near future. Sure enough due to a series of unfortunate events/ailments compromising my immune system i needed a doctor who understood my situation as well as who accepted my insurance so gave this place another go in hopes of a similar experience.my second visit however gave me a complete opposite impression. The people up front were welcoming as usual but for starters the assistant nurse that took my vitals & weight etc gave off an interesting vibe, not terrible but not very welcoming either, it almost seemed like I was being judged whilst explaining my situation as well as symptoms. Then another female I'm guessing nurse too? Who assisted me Asked me some rude and assumptive questions, very hesitant/reluctant & needed to do research on what seemed to be a common procedure as far as taking care of at least one of my medical concerns. By the end of my visit I was sent to the emergency room anyway which is fine, I'd rather go to the er if they're not confident enough to handle a certain situation but the way she made me feel and in addition her comments/attitude was not needed nor warranted.i left feeling judged, dissapointed and passed along.

In the end though it all worked out so no hard feelings.

Dr. Jessica E. Eby at this location is the least caring,RUDE and most incompetent doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing! I suffer from severe upper respiratory issues and happen to have the flu as well and she had no care or sympathy and wouldn’t even transfer a medication I already am prescribed somewhere else. I have used UCLA my whole life and am disgusted by the way I was treated today by Dr.Jessica E Eby. Shame on this clinic.

I have been a patient of UCLA since I was a newborn. I was born in the hospital at UCLA across the street from the 16th street urgent care. My primary doctor has been very busy lately and my work schedule fluctuates a lot. I had recently seen Dr.Rebecca C. Rada and not only was.she had rude, abrupt, unprofessional and sped through the visit but actually refused to prescribe me my medication I’ve been taking for 5 years. I rely on these for my illness especially when it gets worst. I have always had amazing experiences at UCLA my whole life. My own Mother, Suzanne Travis was an RN on 4 south west. Never have I been seen by a doctor who truly didn’t care about the well being of her patients. All of the UCLA staff
Is fantastic but I would highly recommend staying away from Dr.Rebecc C Rada.

This building has cash only underground parking with a valet also. After the first hour it costs $20 all day. We were there barely over an hour and needed a tip for the valet and $20 cash, - why not credit cards people? The center is very good as are all the staff, park next door and avoid the confusion and hassle on exit from the car park. We had to walk the streets looking for an ATM.

Stay away from Esther Yu she is extremely dangerous for the kids! She prescribed antibiotics for my 1yo child simply because she was in a rush and was avoiding doing any urine/blood work specifically saying that “ohh it may take a few hours” even though I insisted. She then quickly checked the baby’s ear and immediately said no need to run any tests , the baby has a really bad acute ear infection and should be taking antibiotics in any case , which was very odd to me and my husband because the baby didn’t have any symptoms of an ear infection or flu. I took my child for a second opinion to an ACTUAL Pediatricians at UCLA main center and after getting checked by two different drs, my doubts were confirmed- the baby did NOT have an ear infection! It was simply roseola and her ears looked beautiful. Please make sure you don’t see that person for your kids
