Love this CVS! It’s convenient snd always has everything I need. When I arrived on a Sunday morning, there was a team member in the allergy department waiting to help me out, I didn’t need to ask or call an attendant. Henry the manager was awesome! He totally helped me out. He was kind, caring, and took the time to assist me when my app wasn’t working properly. He also took the time to show me some cool new features on the CVS app. Thanks, Henry!

I was just at the CVS on Santa Monica Blvd to pick up my son's medicine and the lady in the pharmacy her name was Valerie was very helpful she gave the best customer service ever she is a very good employee there was another employee at the front register his name was Christin he was fabulous too I was never going to come back to this store until I got the good customer service from the two they made me decide to come back to this store again. Thanks for the good service

I’ve been to this pharmacy for quite some time, Paris is the pharmacist who has helped me and she’s accurate very helpful and informative. Thank you Paris for your help at sensitive moments and your guidance.

Best store in the entire CVS chain!!! I come to this store despite having four CVS locations, closer to home! The store is always clean and well stocked! The manager is clearly on the job!

The pharmacy in particular always has the best staff!! I’ve called in a couple times recently and was helped by Jerome. Today when I picked up my order, Enrique worked the register - HE GREETED ME BY NAME! This make such a huge difference! I’ve worked in Hospitality for 40 years, and excellent service always makes a difference.

It’s rare a pharmacist goes above and beyond for customers, and that is what happened to me today. I came to Franklin with a specific problem and he was so quick to help, greeting me with such empathy and professionalism. It’s moments like these my faith in humanity is restored, even if just for a little. Thank you again Franklin!

The people that work at CVS are very helpful. They take the time to go to the area where you want the item and and actually help you decide

Paris is the best and dealt with me promptly and with an amazing attitude, all while getting yelled at by others for taking the time to give me the best service.

I was treated with the utmost respect, and with a friendly laugh, he went all the way to the aisles for one bottle and two more from the back of the store. He didn't need to do this, but he did; I am handicapped, and it was a joy to have him do this even without asking what I needed. He gets my vote 100%!

Tamara was the best. She helped with all my questions.

I am writing this review because we got excellent customer service from Valerie in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help us out and I wanted her to get the recognition. Even though CVS is a big corporation she made us feel like we were dealing with a neighborhood pharmacy. We will be loyal to CVS because of this experience and want to thank Valerie for her efforts.

This CVS location is waaaay better than any other locations. It’s 24 hours and the pharmacist is very friendly and helpful!! Ask for Tomas ! He is the best..

The cvs on 26/ Santa Monica is an oasis of friendliness and abundant products. Day or night it’s a happy beautifully laid out place to shop and wonderful place to browse! I’ve been going there since 1992!

Never in my life have I had such an amazing experience. The staff were helpful and pointed me in the right direction to where my product was located. The line was short and i felt good about being a customer ! I can say I voted with confidence and id vote for this cvs again!

Great to have a pharmacy with large stock and late hours. The only improvement would be to mussle the phone ai. How many times can the AI push vacines. Vacines. Looking to get some prions and spike protiens injected press one.

Jospeh (the manager, I believe) was an absolute gem today. After I stupidly self-checked out and forgot to enter my CVS Carepass, he so kindly refunded my purchase and re-rang everything with my Carepass (even though no discounts happened). He was so lovely and kind!!!

What a pleasant surprise ! I'm visiting from the midwest where I know the staff and they know me on a first name basis so l was overwhelmed and overjoyed to find my complicated multiple prescription transfers treated with patience and professionalism. A remarkable staff. I will certainly transfer my meds to this store in the future on my visits to my family out here.

Love this CVS. Everyone is nice in this location. Also love that there is alot of choices (more choices than other locations). Been coming here for over 10 years and still prefer this Cvs over other locations. Also fyi found antigen tests when no other stores had it. I called ahead and they told me when they would get it.

Lily, one of the pharmacists here, is always professional, prompt, and friendly. Even though they get busy here, in my experience, the pharmacists do a great job.

The lovely woman with the cool hair color and great accent assisted me. She walked with me to find my product and that to me is exceptional customer service. Every small moment counts so I am extremely thankful for her taking the time to assist me. I will be back to this specific location. Thanks!

They are close to UCLA hospital and have the medication that other location don't have. Lots of free parking. Good!
