I don’t know why this CVS gets such poor reviews. I’m there several times a month and I’m always amazed with the staff. The pharmacy department is wonderful! They always make sure I get all discounts or coupons applied. Pharmacists are happy to explain your prescriptions and renew for you. If I can’t find something someone walks me to the aisle and shows me exactly where it is. If I’m having difficulty at the self check out someone notices and offers to ring me up. I love this store. It’s not the store’s fault Santa Monica has homeless people living in the adjacent alley. They even have security to make you feel safer due to problems constantly occurring in downtown. Excellent customer service all around.

Had not been to this CVS location in at least a year, despite living about a mile away. I agree with the previous comments from Susie M. The young staff is to be commended for their good customer service. They offer help without one having to ask, as they are stocking aisles. Cashiers are efficient despite having to contend with all sorts of customers.

My children have got their first vaccine shot at the store. The pharmacist manager and the nurse have been extremely kind and helpful to me and my children. We were helped immediately and were helped in a professional manner. Thank you!!

The most helpful staff and pleasant pharmacy folks I've ever met. They always have a smile on their faces, especially the middle-aged woman with the European/Iranian accent and also the African-American woman with the beautiful hairstyles and scarves

Shoutout to Leslie in the pharmacy. There was a line of 6 people waiting to pick up prescriptions and she worked both cash registers. She had a system down and I was in and out in 5 mins because of her! Thanks, Leslie for all your hard work. It does not go unnoticed.

The customer service is excellent! I was literally stopped by every employee who saw me to ask if I needed anything. You could tell they genuinely wanted to help rather than just do it purely out of obligation. Plus, there's free parking :).

I shopped here in October of 2019. I needed some travel shampoo bottles. The cashier was really personable. I miss Santa Monica and I guess traveling in general very much.

My go to for home ,personal things and pharmacy needs. Staff in pharmacy are great. Try it you may be surprised.

Surprisingly good consistent customer service! Most drugstores like this are just corporate annoying places but obviously this is well managed.
