This store at 1331 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA, has an employee named Erika, who works in the Pharmacy. She is an amazing, compassionate and outstanding person. I had accidentally left my glasses case and glasses at the pharmacy. Then, I was convalescing for 8 weeks after major surgery. When I returned to the pharmacy, Erika had saved my glasses case and prescription glasses all this time. The case was irreplaceable, as a gift from my late husband. It is precious to me.

Overall, this Rite-Aid is generally pretty well-stocked and clean and the staff is always courteous and helpful. I think the pharmacy is much more efficient and personable than others I've been to. It's very well-organized and the pharmacists and technicians are always knowledgeable and engaged with the patients. The main pharmacist, Pouya, has been there for as long as I can remember. Many years. Over that time, he's given me vaccine shots and explained medications to me and was kind enough to even help me flip one prescription to the correct version. I've seen him be incredibly gracious with many people, including myself, over those years.

This is a good neighborhood Rite-Aid with a staff you can trust.

Visit once in a while and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable of what they have in stock and what is arriving if you need it. Good value, prices compared to local competitors.
Robert is always polished and professional and Yesenia is incredibly in the know with what is in the store, where it is located and what is coming in soon. Ample parking always.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of medications and health products. I’ve since been a regular customer for a few years now.

What really sets this pharmacy apart, however, is the level of service they provide. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions I have about my medications. They go above and beyond to ensure that I understand how to properly take my prescriptions and make themselves available to me for any concerns or issues that may arise.

I also appreciate the convenience of their prescription refill system. I receive a notification when they are ready for pick up. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this pharmacy and would recommend it to anyone in need of top-notch service and care for their health needs.

Dr. Pouya stands out as the most well-informed and professional pharmacist I've encountered. He's not just an encyclopedia of knowledge, but he also ensures patients have a comprehensive understanding of their prescriptions. Furthermore, he's adept at suggesting complementary vitamins and probiotics to enhance the effectiveness of medications. Dr. Pouya runs a well-oiled machine within his pharmacy, is firm in his approach, and beyond caring to his patients.

The best pharmacy in SaMo. I tried to leave, checking out three others, and found a mix of unkind employees, limited hours, delays, & inefficiency.

The pharmacist Pouya and I have had our ups and downs, and he has not always been my cup of tea, but he runs a tight ship. Whatever he is doing, it works. After checking out the other pharmacies, it’s clear he effectively manages a customer-facing bus./team where detail and timeliness counts.

This department runs so smoothly mostly due to a staff that cares about the customer and the expertise of a specific pharmacist, Pouya. There was a glitch in a refill by my insurance company and he handled it in record time. He's like an army general, only a friendly one. Knows everything that's going on and is so helpful.

By FAR the best pharmacy in LA! The pharmacist is knowledgeable on every medication and very helpful. I’ve noticed they’ve gotten much busier since the other Rite-Aids locally closed but they still get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner! 10/10 would reccomended

Pouya and his staff are incredibly helpful. Many customers aren’t aware of how incredibly difficult and taxing working in a pharmacy is - it’s probably the hardest, most thankless customer service job there is. Many local pharmacies have closed down and this shop is picking up the brunt of patients. This crew does a great job answering my questions and filling meds in a timely fashion.

I have been going to this Rite Aid pharmacy for at least ten, maybe fifteen years. I can say without hesitation that Pouya and the rest of the staff are by far the kindest, most professional, and knowledgeable pharmacy team I have ever encountered. Recently the closing of multiple pharmacies in the Santa Monica area has caused an influx of new patients to this location. Yet, even when the pharmacy is very busy, the staff communicates with the customers effectively and handles each patient as efficiently as possible but with the appropriate level of care and privacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy and know that I can always rely on Pouya and the rest of the team to help me with all of my medications and other health needs and questions. If I could give them six stars I would!

I wanted to go on record thanking the manager of the pharmacy department Pouya, and his excellent staff. I've always found him and his staff to be very nice, patient, and efficient in getting our family meds as quickly and easily as possible. And I find that especially true now that they've had to absorb multiple pharmacy departments in the neighborhood. I'm sure it's 10x the workload, but I still find all the great attributes about the department in tact. I always appreciate what they do for us. Especially now!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over six years now and Pouya Fakheri and his team are so awesome! Every time I go in, I’m treated like family. They remember my name and often have my prescriptions ready and waiting before I’ve even gotten to the counter. There isn’t high staff turnover (always a good sign) so I’ve been able to get to know the team, and they even ask about our pets (especially Angela!). If you’re looking for a knowledgeable pharmacist who will be there to answer all of your questions and concerns, you want to go to Pouya!

This is hands-down the most efficient, on-top-of-it pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. There was an issue where my antibiotic wasn’t covered by my insurance and they helped me navigate it, demonstrating extraordinary customer service. In particular, I was so impressed with Pouya Fakheri’s customer service, his knowledge and ability to quickly problem solve. I was in a lot of pain due to an infection and Pouya helped me get the antibiotics I needed and deserves a medal! Seriously. I rarely will post reviews unless the customer service was extraordinary and this customer service was extraordinary

This is the best pharmacy I’ve been to, so much so that I moved and am closer to several other pharmacies, yet I choose to go here instead. The pharmacists are empathetic, helpful, and most importantly you never have to wait long. The store is also kept very clean and there’s plenty of parking.

The pharmacist Pouya Fakheri Is so caring and he makes you feel like he’s your brother and really takes care of you and get to your medicine immediately. This pharmacy is the best you'll find anywhere in LA. The pharmacists, Pouya Fakheri and Lisa are expert. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. They greet their customers by name and are extremely helpfulat explaining new medicines. I get all of my vaccines here. As I am not a big fan of needles or injections, I am extremely grateful for the care Pouya takes administering the vaccines. The shots are painless--Pouya is a master! This Rite-Aid is like other Rite-Aids except for the Pharmacy. It's the best in town. Couldn't recommend it more.
