Saw a Mercedes’ they had for sale. Called and spoke to Martin in advance. He was very helpful from the start and gave me all the details I was asking for as I was coming from Riverside and wanted to make sure the car met my expectations. He confirmed everything for me. Once I got there, he was very welcoming and made me feel as if I was buying a car from a family member. There were couple cosmetic issues on the car. He agreed to fix it without any hesitation and even offered to deliver the car all the way to me in Riverside. It was a great experience dealing with Martin as he is honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Martin!

Purchased a forerunner here 3 months ago - no trouble with the car at all since it's been purchased. They are transparent and honest - worked with me to get a lower interest rate than i initially expected - would recommend coming here for anyone looking

Avoid this dealership!!
I worked at dealerships before so i know of the games they the play.

I was blatantly lied to about the condition of a vehicle they were selling. I was told it was immaculate condition, it was not even close. I asked several times letting them know i was driving 7 hr (one way) to specifically come and see it. It had several huge scratches, couple of dents, stains on the interior, debris under the hood. It was in poor to fair condition, NOT immaculate. They will say whatever just to get you to their lot. Hardly the honest approach.

Then they tried to tell me my vehicle had been wrecked to offer me a lower trade price, it has not, the front has been painted from rock chips, but never in an accident. Again, not the honest approach.
A week later i am still waiting for deposit back.

There are much better dealerships out there to work with, so don't bother wasting your time with this one.
