I had a wonderful experience at the Walgreens. The pharmacist went out of her way to update my profile (apparently So Cal and No Cal are on different systems). so I could get free Covid test thru Medicare so I could see my elderly mom.

Very nice and clean store. I love Walgreens. I always find unique items and gifts. The pharmacy although very busy are extremely nice and helpful.

Great customer service in the pharmacy drive thru from Amanda. She professionally answered my questions and helped me with my COVID test unlike the Glendora or Covina Walgreens. Thank you again.

This pharmacy is slow. No sense of urgency to get prescriptions filled in a timely matter. ALSO KNOW IF YOU CALL YOU WILL BE CONSTANTLY PLACED ON HOLD. THE TECH SAID FACE TO FACE CUSTOMERS COME 1ST AS THEY ARE THE #1 PRIORITY. I was placed on hold 3 different times for long durations while face to face customers were helped 1st. I've never heard of that policy 😳

Worst Walgreens ever. Went in to get a vaccine and the staff in pharmacy had no idea what was going on.. was waiting for like 30 min when I had an appointment. Terrible service.

Ever since rite aid closed down this pharmacy is a nightmare, two times I've come I've been waiting an hour to get my medication. I will no longer use this pharmacy.

I walked into the store and one of the employees started following me around the store I am a black man in 2023 and this should not be acceptable

The cashier was not going to give my wife her receipt. My wife stood her ground and got her receipt. Ridiculous!!!!! My wife reported the incident to the store manager and he defended the cashier saying the receipt went electronically. My wife replied she is not on electronic receipts. Store manager then said the cashier needs more training. My wife replied that the cashier has been cashiering for 6 months. More training to learn to tap the Total key so a receipt will print? The manager gave no apology. I will no longer shop here and will tell my friends to stay away. It’s dangerous as the cashier and the store manager are unpredictable. One star is too high a score.
