Best Western San Dimas Hotel & Suites

My stay at this hotel was very nice. The girl when i first checked in at the front desk was very helpful & we enjoyed the conversation w/ her & she did really well on explaining where our room was. She asked if we needed anything to not hesitate to come back down to the lobby to ask her. The room was nice and clean everything was very neat. Breakfast was also very great & my kids don’t stop talking about the omelettes from that morning. The pool was great as well. Overall it was an amazing hotel experience.

This hotel is the best one that I have visited. They have a front desk clerk named Stephanie. She checked me in and she was so professional. She helped me when I was not able to find a room at the other hotels nearby. She made sure that my needs were met. She is an important asset to the Best Western Hotel International brand. She made sure that my overnight stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She is the best front desk clerk that I have encountered in my travels. I hope that she will be there at the hotel when I am ready to return to San Dimas, CA.

The staff is very friendly and reasonably accommodating. Rooms with handicap accessibility are very spacious however the accessible shower does drain water everywhere so grab extra towels for the bathroom floor. The beds are soft but comfortable. Close to restaurants and highways.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel, and I have to say, the service I received was truly exceptional—especially from one incredibly kind and helpful lady at the reception desk named Stephany. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like a valued guest, greeting me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.

Her attention to detail was remarkable. Stephany quickly checked me in, all while engaging in a friendly conversation that instantly put me at ease. It's clear that she takes pride in her job and enjoys making guests feel welcome.

Throughout my stay, Stephany went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I had a couple of questions about the local area, and she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. She even took the time to draw out a little map for me, which was incredibly helpful. It's those small personal touches that really make a difference.

What stood out most was her genuine care for the guests. She remembered my name, which is always a lovely touch, and asked about my day whenever I passed by the front desk. It's clear that she enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and is committed to making everyone's stay enjoyable.

Overall, Stephany was the highlight of my stay at Best Western. Her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service set her apart. If you're looking for a hotel where the staff truly goes the extra mile, this is the place for you. We’ve started in several Best Westerns on a trip we’re taking. This one is the best by far. Clean, pool and hot tub in the courtyard. Breakfast is good. A minute from the highway.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but a little dark, even with the one window open. Unfortunately, someone had previously smoked in our room. The air conditioning worked well (so important for San Dimas), as did the min-fridge and microwave. The interior courtyard with pool and jacuzzi was lovely, calming, and well-maintained. The pool was clean throughout our visit. The cook to order breakfast in the little dining area was a pleasant surprise, although could be improved by replacing the paper plates and plastic cutlery. However, was very nice to eat breakfast in the courtyard by the pool. The hotel staff we interacted with (front desk, breakfast cook/server and maid) were all lovely and helpful. The location was good, across the street from an excellent Japanese restaurant and 4-5 fast food places, plus 1/2 mile to a shopping center with many more stores. The location seemed centrally located for the places were visited while in town for the wedding. Overall, for the price and location, this hotel met my expectations, and exceeded them for service and breakfast.

Have always had great experiences here. Friendly staff, quiet, no parties and free breakfast. Had an egg white omelette. The young lady at the front desk is fantastic--from Chihuahua.

I thought this hotel was excellent value for the price. The hot tub is deeper than most and it was really nice to soak in it after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Our room was very spacious with a couch and a coffee table and a very long desk. It also had a refrigerator and a microwave. It was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. There was a cook, who took your order and menus posted that you could choose from. I haven’t seen this unique way of serving breakfast in any other motel. I highly recommend this motel. It only took us a half hour at night to drive from Los Angeles airport to this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, it was quiet all night, even though it is close to a railroad track.

I stayed here because it was close to a friend that we were visiting. I had no expectations based on the pictures, but reviews were very positive. The front desk personnel were very helpful, nice, and professional. The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower was very comfortable also. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was complimentary and actually very good for a complimentary breakfast. Food was made to order (eggs, omelets, sausage or ham, pancakes, waffles, etc. The chef was nice and quick. There was adequate parking and the environment felt safe and had easy access to the freeway. Overall, it was a great experience.

Have stayed here a number of times.
The cook for breakfast makes excellent omelets. Staff very friendly and when you need something they jump and go get it right away. However don't use the washer or dryer. Cost is more than posted and one of the dryers didn't dry the clothes, had to put them in the other dryer. Will go to a laundromat next time.

We stay here every year and will stay here again in the future. Rooms are cozy and clean. Hotel grounds are beautifully laid out with plants and flowers. The pool and hot tub is easily accessible from any room. Breakfast service is consistently good, and eating in the courtyard is quite peaceful! Would recommend

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The grounds looked fresh and well kept. The inside lobby area was also clean and inviting. The front desk staff were very welcoming and informative. We were given tickets to the complementary breakfast which we unfortunately missed. Our room was great. We stayed in a single queen room that was just the right amount of space for our party of 2. The pool area looked beautiful, I wish we had time to stay and enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved this hotel. Large spacious rooms. Great service. Wonderful location with easy access to freeways. There are many resteraunts close by. Quite and safe area. Would highly recommend.

Totally Pleased with our hotel stay from the check-in part to checking out breakfast was pretty good stuff was super friendly. We originally checked in for one day drove a half hour to our destination and because we had such a good experience we drove back to this hotel to stay an extra night. Definitely will be going back rooms were super clean stuff was very friendly and helpful check in and checking out was easy good location near restaurants and store

Every time we are in SoCal, we make a point of staying at the best Western San Dimas. This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are always clean! The pool and Jacuzzi area are gorgeous. The breakfast is phenomenal! And a staff is wonderful. We may need to drive a little ways to get somewhere, but we love staying here. And San Dimas is a wonderful town

We stayed for two nights. Very nice hotel. Squeaky clean. Huge room. Pool area & patio look nice, unfortunately it was too chilly for a dip in the pool. Front desk associates were super nice and helpful. Little area to buy snacks and even frozen tv dinners which was good when you look for something to munch on in the evening but don't want to leave the hotel. Breakfast (included in the room price) was one of the best continental breakfasts I've seen (and eaten) so far. You can pick between one item made fresh (eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast either with ham or sausage) and several other items like cereal, fruits, cupcakes, cookies and yogurt.

Lovely hotel! The room was large, modern and super clean; the bed was very comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was the best--a cook makes you pancakes, waffles, omelettes to order, all right in front of you. Nice pool as well. Would gladly stay there any time!
