Fitness Quest Puyallup

Great gym with a lot of machines and equipment you don't normally see at other gyms. Also has a pretty big dry sauna, which is a big plus for me.

All the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere even during the early hours is welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite gyms to go too.

Honestly the best gym experience I’ve had, and I’ve worked at and worked out at several. The equipment is clean and quality, the music selection is always good, and the personal trainers (shoutout to Brandon) are wonderful. The environment feels professional but not intimidating. I have been a member of FQ for about a year now and it has been a great experience! I am a college wrestler and get private sessions with Jake Schwartz; he offered them up to me after he found out I wrestle and my trajectory as an athlete has only gotten better! Great guy and great company!

This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. Fitness Quest has positive vibes and fantastic trainers. Everyone here is committed to helping you meet your fitness goals. I also go to the Fitness Quest for Women in Fircrest of which they are moving to Bridgeport way where the old Albertsons used to be. This one will have a special section for women only, and a mixed gym on the other side. I'm really excited to start training in the new gym as well. I can't say enough good things about Fitness Quest.

My 7-year-old son trains 1:1 with Jake for wrestling. He's highly knowledgeable and patient. We previously had our son training at a different gym, and we're so happy with Jake's training. Our son is quickly advancing thanks to his coaching.

Jake also is a world class wrestler and coach and has trained hundreds of adults and children on the importance of dedication, hard work, as well as helping to build their confidence while making it fun and exciting. It has something for the entire family. MMA, free weights, group classes and small group training. Jake has been amazing teaching my teens wrestling fundamentals and keeping them engaged. Would recommend this gym to anyone!!!!!

Fitness quest is an awesome gym. Such a great place to become better. Staff are always friendly, Ryan is a great trainer and always pushing me beyond my potential.

The facility is great! The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and push you very hard. I worked out personally with Jake Swartz and saw progress very quickly. It’s an amazing atmosphere to be apart of!

Best gym in town! FQ has a positive vibe with lots of group workout options. The trainers are a big bonus. My favorite is Jake. All his knowledge and suggestions on nutrition is on point and doesn’t stress me out. Highly recommend.

Great trainer Jake Swartz not only trains but competes. This is one complete package he knows fitness and nutrition. I have known Jake for years and I believe no one is better. I've personally witnessed his ability wrestling and have enjoyed training with him. I used Fitness Quest nutritional supplements to help recover from knee replacement surgery and feel I the quality of the products and Jake's guidance saved me quite a bit of pain and recovery time.

Jake Swartz at FQ is a great fitness coach. He is great at training kids of all ages. He is knowledgeable in the world of fitness and tailoring training to what each individual person needs. My family and I have a great experience with Jake.

When I started going to FQ I was a little apprehensive and more than a little intimidated. I had gone to and belonged to other gyms in the past and assumed I would end up leaving after a few months like I had always done in previous years. However, that didn’t happen. With the help of the management, Jake Swartz and Brian Womac, not only did I find a great place to work out, I also found a lot of people I now consider friends. It’s been a year and a half since I first stepped into the gym and met Jake and I feel better now than I ever have in my adult life. Appreciate everything the gym and those within it have done for me.
