I was in a car accident July 2021 where I was rear-ended and then hit the car in front of me. Whiplash, car damage, not at fault. It impacted my ability to work and I incurred a career change and lost wages. I basically searched on Google and Yelp and found Sears Injury Law.

I was assigned to a paralegal who followed up with me frequently, suggested medical care with doctors that could validate my injuries, and helped navigate the process. I was also assigned what I would call a case manager, Emily, who was terrific.

I worked with three different negotiators over the period of time and they were all terrific. These ladies were able to get me full amounts of damages on 2 of the 3 policies I had. Special shout outs to Kimberlee and Andrea. THANK YOU.

I will say, stay the course if you are injured and do not expect a fast turnaround. These matters take time. My final resolution is May 2024, so almost 3 years but as long as you are diligent, organized and get your team what they need, they will be successful and fight on your behalf.
