What a great experience I had with Elba Jewelers. They were able to make a wedding band for my grand nephew out of my parents his Great Grand parents, wedding bands. They got the job done even with a tight time constraint. The ring turned out beautifully. They worked with me and gave several suggestions to create band that fulfilled his wants. They took great care in understanding the sentimental value of creating this ring for him. With Elba you will receive great, personable and friendly service. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had the best experience working with Eddie and Bernard. I came looking for a wedding band and with their knowledge and expertise they designed exactly what I pictured and it came out even better than I expected. They are so communicative through the entire process and kept me updated. I was also able to salvage some jewelry I wasn’t using into new pieces. They are so creative and able to execute and bring to life an idea of a piece you might have. So glad to have been referred to them and will be coming here for all of my jewelry needs!

I am so pleased with my experience at Elba Jewelry design. Joseph and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience my family has received from Elba’s Jewelry Design Center! First of all, the store is absolutely stunning and every single piece is unique. The service is beyond 5 Star service and everything is personalized to you. I fell in love with a custom ring and kept my eye on it. They were not pushy and they understood that when the time is right, it will happen. Shout out to Joesph for making the best Surprise happen for me in a long time! You are a man of your word. I came to Elba to create a custom necklace and I could not be more happy with the results. They made sure that I was involved in all steps of the design process, checking in often to make sure that I was happy with the overall look and size of the finished piece. They sent updates with pictures during the manufacturing process, and were very nice and knowledgable when I picked up the necklace in their new showroom. I could not recommend this place enough, the people are amazing!

Elba Jewelry is amazing! I bought my ring 25 years ago from them, and recently lost my center stone and they took the best care of me making sure I was satisfied! Not only did they find me a beautiful center stone, but they made sure I was completely satisfied as well as not charging me an absurd amount! Their customer service is top notch! ❤

Had a great experience at the design center, and glad to have crssed paths with them on my last visit to the States! They were incredibly helpful in finding the ring that she wanted, and I am so glad that they pursuaded me to go with a blue diamond instead of a Sapphire! Never heard of them before, but it makes it so unique and when the light catches it, its on fire!
