Painless and no run around. The total price was exactly as expected. Victor did a great job gathering the necessary paperwork and finalizing the sale. Super sweet young man with some gorgeous puppies. Yes, we had time to exchange pictures of our prides and joy. He made time to connect without the creepy used car salesman vibe.

I cannot say one complaint about Angelo. He was the first to greet me when I came by. I just got back into town with trying to live in California (didn’t work out) and have nothing in Washington, no car no place to live no job. I explained my situation to him and he worked out an awesome deal on a Honda CRV for my son and I. Because of him we are one step closer to getting back on our feet. I came in today with absolutely no vehicle and was screwed over by another car lot. Joon Han was recommended by a friend and he was absolutely amazing! Worked with me and kept it real, he didn’t try to sell me on something he knew I wouldn’t be able to afford and he made sure I walked out happy and satisfied!! They took care of me while being there in their care and sent me on my way with a nice used reliable source of transportation!!

When I first went to JRS Auto sales, I was expecting what you think car salesman used to be. Jooh Han, blew us away. My sister and I were waiting to negotiate a price with Jooh to see what we could get the car for. He came back and outdid us. It was easy, fun and over our expectations. If you're thinking of getting a use car, I would look here first. Small own company better than the big companies. I will recommend Jooh to help you. A great place to get a new-to-you car. Victor and Angelo were super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. There was a problem with the battery on the car I was choosing and without missing a beat, Victor immediately told me he'd get it fixed right there. Wonderful people, great cars and prices. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Victor was incrediblely helpful with our car purchase from start to finish. He was professional and pleasant, answering every question my husband and I had and never pressured or rushed us. He even took us to where they purchased the cars battery to ensure it's quality and filled the car tires with air before we signed. We are blown away with how easy he made the process, especially since we're not experienced car shoppers. Everything was carefully explained and he made sure we understood everything we signed as well. We will definitely be coming back for any future car needs 😁

I normally do not post reviews but Carlos and the team at JRs Auto deserve it! This is my first time buying a vehicle and the experience was a blessing. Carlos was such a great salesman because he made me feel comfortable and made me take my time choosing the right vehicle. I had a problem with my auto loan and was devastated, but they worked as a team to make sure I was able to drive off with a huge smile! So I was working with this car lot for a couple days though I didn't end up getting a vehicle from them. I still gave this car lot of five star review. Let me tell you why. For the past few months I visited three different car lots. JRS was the fourth. The experience I had with them was 100% different than the experience I have had with the other three car lots. They made it comfortable for me to be there. Did not pressure me with sleezeball tactics I was literally a split second away from buying one of their really really nice trucks then my grandfather called me and told me he'd sell me his car and he gave me a really good deal. A deal that I was willing to pass up on a very nice truck for her. So my experience with JRS has been five star all the way. Hope that helps you guys in deciding whether you not you would want to buy one of their vehicles

I bought my daughter a car for her 18 birthday. Angelo was my salesman and he was great, very nice guy. He was patient with me when i couldn’t make up my mind and went to look at other places. In the end i went back there it was the better deal nicer car and exceptional service.

My experience at J R S Auto was far more superior than my experience anywhere else! From the moment that I entered the door to the moment I was able to drive away in my new car, the customer service never failed! Austin was the employee who helped me find a car that fit my needs functionally and financially. He was sure to answer my every question and was very patient with me in making my selection. Financing a new vehicle is often challenging as there are many decisions to be made but Austin and his manager Shawn really helped me along. These guys are great and really do care about their customers. I will be back here for sure when the time comes again for another vehicle! I am SO happy with my new car!
