I just want to give a shout out to shevelle in the customer service department. (Hope that is her name, I quickly glanced) She is the epotime of wonderful customer service. After the day I was having and in a time crunch, she quickly helped me with western union transaction and had the most inviting personality and a huge smile. She was a breathe of fresh air after the terrible customer service I've experienced lately at many different businesses.

I visited on 2/9 around 4pm, thank you again for going above and beyond providing 5 🌟 customer service!!!

I’d just like to give a shout out to the manager that was working this afternoon 1-24-24. My dad went there for groceries and like many stores they didn’t have a hand basket. My dad who’s a double leg amputee, can’t easily push a cart from his wheelchair, so the manager grabbed a cart and shopped with/for him the whole time.

Brenda from floral is the BEST! Beautiful arrangements and the most amazing customer service. So sweet and personable

Love going here. Little negative experience this time. I had a jar of salsa that felt a little wet so when I put it on the belt I asked the checker if she thought the seal was broken. She said it was fine so I did not worry. When I got home it was open and had leaked. Still need to return it. I was trying to hurry to keep the line moving since it was very busy or I would have checked it more thoroughly myself. Just trying to be kind to others in line but did not quite work out for me.😟

Very clean and has great freshly made sandwiches. I can honestly say this is one of the time's I wish I could of had taken a picture before I ate it. The store it's self is very clean, inside and out. They actually had some pick up cigarette butt's. Now I know I don't see that every day. The aisles are organized and staff is very friendly.

The employees here are the best. I especially like the self checkout option and the lady that works it. She always makes me feel like we are best friends!

This store is awesome. We stopped to get some snacks and milk. The employees are sweet as heck. Showing care and smiles. The prices are good and whatever you need you can get it here. Keep up the good work!!!

Great customer service, clean store

A nice play to show with helpful staff. It is a clean, well organized, and friendly environment. Like any store you need to be aware of prices, some are awesome and some are quite pricey. Using the Safeway app is the way to go amd very helpful for finding the best deals and it also gives great personalized deals. This store is definitely worth a visit!
This Safeway also is great because it tends to have excellent gas prices too!

Used the coin star here for changing to Amazon and Crypto currency. You must first open a CoinMe account ( through Android play store ) and then your golden. They do charge a small fee to do the transaction and manage your account. I think it was 10-12%. I'm new to crypto currency so only have a couple thousand tied up but it is growing so seems to be a good investment!!!!!!💓😜😘😊😀💕
The manager saw me dumping my coins and gave me the password to wash my hands after I was finished. That loose change is disgusting and leaves your hands black so I was thankful for that. Safeway is always clean and has a great environment. Will be back for food shopping next ...

I just love the guy who sings out front, he is always in drag and he is a lot of fun. My kids love him too!!!! ! I haven't seen him the past few times but he's such a joy! All his singing and cheerful positive attitude! He rocks! I've been coming to this Safeway for decades tho! My fav one by far! Love the remodel

Nothing much to say regarding this Safeway, clean, efficient with coming to the cabinets that are locked, people are always helpful and knowledgeable on what they have in the store and what they don't. When I first moved over here it was a little sketchy at night but they are not harmful.

Nice customer service. I had a problem with a duplicate key and they kindly fixed it even though it was from a different ace location.

I accidentally spilled soda everywhere and they were amazing about it. They told it was n big deal, they got me a new one without hesitation. Someone even apologized to me! It was my fault.. well the packaging anyways. I thought it was awesome how quick they were to act and how reassuring they were that it wasn't a problem. Prior to that, the cashier was really friendly and was helping me/ encouraging me to help my kiddo talk. I was trying to teach him the words of what we were buying and she thought it was smart.

I always come to the Safeway and I love it because they don't harass me about my service dog. I get discriminated against everyday and illegally kicked out of places even though I have a harness and paperwork. I really appreciate the staff here there are always friendly and the store is always very clean. However it's getting a 5-star review just because of one of their employees named Christina. She just got hired there not that long ago and used to work at the 711 by my house and when I heard she was not working there anymore I was pretty sad. But now that I seen her at Safeway I'm very happy she works there because I've never had customer service the way she provides. Seriously very knowledgeable on all the products at her previous job. Goes above and beyond and very very friendly. I have been a supervisor for luxury hotels in Seattle for almost 5 years now and her customer service skills are definitely on that level. I would love to have workers that are more like her. In my opinion 7-Eleven and Safeway are very very lucky to have had her because her customer service is on a five-star level.

I love safeway I will stop at any safeway just go in and see how they are laid out. The employees are always respectful and nice.

Great place very clean very friendly I was surprised how organized the shelves were in the store I've been to plenty of Safeways in the shelves are never that organized so very impressive
