I recently had the pleasure of using Rainier View Plumbing for a sewer line repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
The repair process itself was efficient. The team from Rainier View Plumbing arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the repair in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Had work done by them twice, both plumbers were phenomenal, friendly, and professional. Arrived on time, provided a quick estimate and then seamlessly got the work done. Both took time after the repair to chat long term care and provide some recommendations / self-repair options for the future. Top notch plumbing company, would highly recommend for your home maintenance needs.

This team is professional and excellent! Our water heater sprung a leak and we called Rainier View first but went with another plumber who was able to get out to us faster. The quote the original plumber gave us was nearly $10k to replace a tankless water heater. Instead, we asked Rainier View to give us an estimate and - without knowing the existing quote - they came in under a third of the other plumber's estimate. When Joey came out, he arrived early and the whole process took about an hour. He gave me some tips and advice about maintaining the life of our new water heater, explained the new parts and functionality, and was professional and helpful at every stage. I also wanted to shout out the front office folks who took our calls and organized the estimate; they let us send in photos for a primary look at an estimate and they were in regular communication with us through the process. The only downside to me is the timeline because they are clearly booked and busy, but honestly, the quality of the work and the price for that work completely negated that for us. I would highly recommend Rainier View Plumbing and I plan to call them any time I have a plumbing issue in the future!

Anthony did a fantastic job on replacing our garbage disposal and fixing the leak on our toilet. He was very professional with a super positive attitude! Best of all he was quick and efficient. I would recommend Rainier View Plumbing & Rooter to anyone.

This company provided fast and efficient service when our water restoration project accidentally hit a water line to create a second problem at our house. They arrive exactly on time, fixed the issue and then fixed the original problem that had caused the original water leak. The original issue had been investigated by Harts Service (who I would advise folk to run a mile from) and I was told it would cost at least $2-3k to solve. Rainier View fixed the issue for around $600.

Rainier View installed a new toilet and the technician cracked the tank by overtightening the bolts during the install. Rainier View told us there is no warranty, even though it was their tech that broke the toilet tank. Now we have to buy a new tank ourselves and install it ourselves. There are a lot of plumbing options, stay clear of Rainier View, they do not stand behind their work, products, and craftsmanship.
UPDATE 2/12/24: Rainier View Plumbing made good on this repair. The tech they sent was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Even asked if there was anything else going on with the house (plumbing) and knocked out a pesky issue that the builder stuck us with. It was a journey to get here, but we found resolution thanks to the leadership team at Rainier View, thank you!

Our spigot pipe split open do to the cold. There was no insulation around it (which we didn’t know because it was behind sheet rock). A guy came out they instantly knew what was wrong and was able to write an estimate and repair it all within an hour! He even walked me through what happened and what he did to fix it. I’m so grateful!

Tim came out first day and gave me estimates for two diferent setups. We decided to go tankless and two weeks later I have a brand new tankless system. Unlimited hot water, imagine the potential!

These guys worked quickly, were professional, and swept up my garage before leaving.

Really appreciate the team here. I was scheduled between 11-1 but my techs first call ran long. They made some changes and got someone out to me by 3pm. Had my water heater fixed by 4pm.

I also really appreciate Kara. She was attentive and professional. I didnt catch my techs name but he was great as well!

Rainer View saved Thanksgiving. Our main water line, coming into the house from the well, developed a hole on Sunday before Thanksgiving, leaving us with no water. After waiting for our home warranty company for 3 days I took matters into my own hands and called Rainer View, after explaining the situation they were able to get me on the schedule for the last spot on Wednesday. Christian was our technician and could not have been nicer. He went under the house and within minutes found the hole and said it would be fixed and we would have water within the hour. We will definitely be using Rainer View for all our plumbing needs!

Tim and Anthony came out to descale our tankless water heater today. Every thing was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely will be using their service for all my plumbing needs.

Definitely the best place to go. Dudes are very nice and get the job done right. Had a few pipes that were freezing and they came in and helped insulate them better.

Great company to work with. All around I felt like I came first and everything was done in my best benefit. Work done was detailed and passed any expectations I had. Definitely returning for any services I will need in the future.

Our hot water tank was not making hot water and the manufacture for the tank would not help us. Rainier view Rooter, was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away. Anthony, our tech, was on time, very polite and very professional. He made sure to contact the manufacturer and tried his very best to make sure we got everything covered. Rainier view Rooter ended up covering the cost and will fight the manufacturer for me! Like how amazing is that! I would highly recommend this company to everyone and anyone!

I couldn't recommend this company more. I called because I had a leaky outdoor faucet. Andrew explained everything he would try first before possibly having to cut into my wall. Ended up having to cut a hole in the wall but did it so good and small I was able to put the piece back and it fit perfectly. Also, I love my new shiny outdoor faucet! Super nice and very professional. Will definitely use them for any other plumbing needs.

A drunk driver took out our outdoor water system with their car and we were without water. Anthony with Rainier View was able to come out that day to inspect the job and fixed it the very next day. Sante the scheduler was wonderful, I called her about 5 times with questions, and she was so responsive and positive, she got help to us as fast as possible. The new faucet is better than perfect.
