Premier Storage

Went in intending just to get a quote about 8 months ago, but the lady was so helpful, got me a good unit and a great price, and set up my account efficiently so I signed up. They use a Bluetooth app for access and it just worked. It’s great. The online process all around was great.

The building and grounds were always clean and never any sketchy people. When it was time for me to move out I called to confirm, the lady thanked me, and 20 seconds later I had an email confirming the account was closed.

We recently rented a storage unit from Premier Storage in Bonney Lake. Their representative, Ken, was very polite, helpful and professional. He helped us find the right space and get things set up right away. The pricing was very competitive, the facility is new and secure, and the mobile app makes it convenient and easy-to-use. We were also able to use their moving truck (free-of-charge - even for gas!) when we moved in, which saved us multiple trips. Premier Storage helped make a difficult task smoother and much more efficient. A great experience!

My experience with Premier Storage was outstanding. Christy the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very customer oriented. She really helped me in my time of need. The storage facility is extremely clean, blue tooth enabled, and easy access to the units. I highly recommend Premier Storage and I can’t thank Christy enough.

So, I posted a one star review for Premier Storage because I had a legitimate concern. Plus, I wanted to know if the corporate office is listening, or was this just a dart board that goes nowhere.

I did not post details as I wanted to give them the opportunity to respond first.

I am happy to note, they did. I got a call within an hour of posting and had a great conversation with someone...from corporate. I voiced my viable concerns, and was met with empathy, (which never solves a problem, but it is nice), along with the possible solutions.

Now I will say the problem wasn't whisked away like magic, but my voice was heard, I understand more background information, the problem is resolved to my satisfaction, and as important; I appreciated the quick response and what I felt was a genuine desire by the company to make sure I was happy and the issue was resolved.

This is how companies are supposed to act.

I will continue to be a customer.

Best storage unit in the area. Upgraded security and Kristy in the office is fantastic. Always helpful and friendly. I have a staging business and always use storage and this is by far the best place I have ever rented from. Definitely staying put in this one!

Bradley is all about customer service!! I have rented several storage units over the past 50 years and NOT ONE measures up to the outstanding customer service I received here! From initial contact to walk thru and truck rental to assisting in problem solving and answering all my questions! 100% all about the service!! Bradley knew the answers to my questions and made the entire move in process a real delight! It is my opinion he is a TRUE ASSET to this company!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was very pleased. The staff was very nice and helpful and the unit was very nice and completely dry. If I ever have to rent again, I will definitely consider them.

The manager Kristy went above and beyond helping me get into my unit. I would more than recommend this facility to anyone. Customer service is outstanding!!!!

Called to tell them I had been diagnosed with prostate cancer and would be unable to pay for that month but would be able to next month. I was told "that will be no problem, you've been great on making you payments on time for 3 years" Then they charged me late fees and got rid of my ability to gain access to my unit. Not to mention every year my payment amount has gone up with barely any notice. Do not go here

Its over priced and the management is horrible
