Famous Footwear

This is the only place I shop for shoes since Payless shut down. Today I was helped by Collin and his manager. They were both very friendly, welcoming in customers, handling phone calls and balancing stocking. It was pretty busy but their service made it seem flawless. I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of socks at check out and came right back, it took a minute for them to process the exchange together (I think Collin might still be learning :) ) but I still enjoyed my experience and they went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Would highly recommend this Famous Footwear and commend their employees! Always love shopping their clearance section for an abundance of deals.

No joke I go here once a month sometimes I get shoes sometimes I don't most times I do there's always something for the kid me or the old lady and to tell you the truth most of the time they're running deals and if you get yourself a card they get 10% off your first discount comes with the approval of your credit card so if you have a shoe habit or your wife does and you have kids cuz they don't stop growing go down here to this famous footwear they'll take care of you

The two people working today were super nice and helpful. Greeted us when we walked in the door, offered help and was personable with my 6 year old. Great selection of shoes too

I love shoes! Good BOGO sale, clearance section was pretty decent too! Need more flats, but nice to see one in Bonnie Lake! The sales lady was awesome and the young man who kept getting caught to carry my boxes to the front a huge Thank you.

It's an absolute shame that some people are allowed to procreate. The woman who left the 1-star review was an entitled shrew with no sense of the greater picture. This store has, without fail, delivered in every aspect that one could expect from a shoe store. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Don't let one moron's single negative experience be the only feedback this store receives.

Found the shoes I needed in the size I needed. The associate was friendly, helpful, and approached me without being asked. She was very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way she could.
