We worked with Emily to find the perfect mattress for us, which we succeeded in thanks to her knowledge and patience. She made the process easy by helping us navigate the many options.

I was initially under the impression that my girlfriend and I would just waltz into this store, we'd get some basic information on the mattresses, and we'd struggle to pick one.
Did that happen?
No.
What we ended up with was unparalleled customer service.
Emily was not only able to match us with our ideal mattress, she was also able to ensure that we knew exactly what we were getting.
All without pressure tactics.
Just knowledge and personal testimony.
Maybe I'm just old, but there are a ton of factors I wasn't aware of.
Like cooling, material, lumbar support, etc.
The zero gravity feature is life changing.
We are always on the move, and great sleep is essential.
She also worked with us on financing, so that we didn't have to downgrade based on price.

I've never had a woman tell me what I've needed in the bedroom, and had her be correct..
I thought I knew what I wanted, but I ended up learning a lot in the process.
Also had a few laughs.

I had a very pleasant experience , after hours spent looking at beds online, confused and unsure of what would work, I decided to set out and actually lay on bed first. Sarah was there to assist in my search, she asked questions that pointed me in the right direction, after some various options, she help me get the bed I wanted by going above and beyond to make me happy(not an easy task). After a few additions to the purchase, I decided I wanted to finance the entire purchase, she never blinked to take on the extra assignment . Delivery and set up was quick and efficient . I trusted Sarah to provide me with a good experience , and she came through with flying colors! Thank you

I'm very happy with the customer service I received from Konrad. I use to be in sales and dislike when people are pushy. Konrad made me feel very comfortable and allowed me space when needed. He showed me beds in my price point but didn't limit me to checking out the other beds. I really appreciate his patience and would definitely refer him to my friends and family.

I worked with Laurie at the Bonney Lake location. She was both a good listener and a good questioner. She asked a lot of very pertinent questions about my sleep habits, cold/hot preferences, and usage (such as whether I watched TV in bed). She was also respectful of my price point. She made buying a new mattress, box spring and frame a very good experience.

I went in yesterday to look at a couple mattresses i saw online that were on sale. Sarah H. helped me by showing me a different mattress that met all my needs and was still in my price range! She was super friendly and knowledgeable! My mattress was delivered today and my husband and i both love it!

I had been in the market for a new mattess for a few weeks due to lower back pain. After getting approved for financing, I decided I would go in and start doing some mattress testing.
When I went in today, I though mattresses were just kind of the same, but some more expensive then others. I was way wrong. I was met by Sarah and the mattress journey began. We started by sitting down and talking about my sleep patterns, temperatures, sleeping positions, etc. Talking with Sarah was extremely easy, and not only was she very attentive, she is just a great person.
She took me to 5 different mattresses. I ultimately purchased mattress 4, but even after checking it out, she showed me one more. Just to make sure I was fully confidant in my decision. The checkout/setup delivery was easy and she explained everything perfectly.
If you're in the market for a new mattress, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least check out Mattress Firm and Sarah!

My wife and I went into the store on a Saturday, then back the next day on Sunday.

Saturday Sarah helped us and on Sunday Konrad picked up where Sarah left off to help us. Both of them were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!

We left there knowing so much more about proper sleeping and with the best mattress setup for us!

Sarah did a great job. She was very informative even thought I am in sales and was price shopping she was great at justifying price and her service was well worth the price.

Konrad was amazing! He provided us with the best customer service. He educated us on the different kinds of mattress and was super patient with us as we tested each mattress.

My wife and I spent way too much time researching mattresses online which turned into a daunting and frustrating experience. Today's mattress universe is overflowing with so many types and brands from mattress in a box, hybrids, traditional coil, etc. We finally came to the conclusion that we needed to visit a brick and mortar store to experience and compare them for ourselves.

So we decided to drop into our local Mattress Firm which had many of the top brands, types and models we were hoping to try out. Sarah was our salesperson and after thoroughly discussing our aches and pains and the comfort levels we were looking for, she gave us a full guided tour of all the mattress that could potentially match our requirements. Being able to compare all the candidates was a huge factor in being able to narrow down the choices and find the right mattress for us.

We thank Sarah for her patient, no pressure approach and for taking the time to make sure we felt confident that we had made the right choice.

Laurie was an absolute joy to work with - she was so knowledgeable and really cared about our comfort and finding the right bed for our needs. Absolutely would recommend her for anyone buying a mattress!
